Unité de coin avec plafond à l'étage, vue panoramique sur l'océan!

Shoreham Towers II est l'un des bĂątiments en bord de mer les plus exclusifs et uniques de North Myrtle Beach. Peu de propriĂ©taires louent, donc le front de mer n'est pas bondĂ© comme dans les grandes stations. Notre unitĂ© de coin de 1650 pieds carrĂ©s dispose de baies vitrĂ©es, de fenĂȘtres enveloppantes et de balcons dans chaque piĂšce. Les vues de haut en bas de la cĂŽte sont spectaculaires!

Nous prenons grand soin et le plaisir dans l'entretien et la mise Ă  jour de nos cinq maisons - Shoreham Towers I (VRBO 114270) et Shoreham Towers II (VRBO 116213, 116219, 87388, 223696)

Nous n'utilisons pas d'agence. La propriétaire, Margaret Williams, aimerait parler avec tous les locataires de premiÚre fois. La propreté est une priorité absolue.

Cette unité est joliment meublée et équipée de nombreux conforts et commodités de la maison. Les meubles sont maintenus en bon état, les matelas sont de qualité supérieure et la propreté est absolument essentielle! Nous fournissons le nettoyage de départ et les draps. Le logement de sommeil est roi dans le maßtre, la reine dans la deuxiÚme, les jumeaux dans le troisiÚme.

Accueil a quatre tĂ©lĂ©viseurs, DVD, et un accĂšs Internet haute vitesse Wi-Fi. Il y a un grand parking sur place et un hall sĂ©curisĂ©. Des poubelles sont Ă  chaque Ă©tage. Griller, aire de pique-nique, et les salles de bains sont au bord de la piscine. Également au niveau de la plage est une unitĂ© de stockage privĂ© avec des chaises de plage, des planches de bodyboard et des jouets de sable (l'offre varie en raison des Ă©lĂ©ments).

Les locations sont du samedi au samedi. Nous sommes un condominium non-fumeurs, et cette politique applique à la zone de balcon. Pas d'animaux, pas de motos autorisés sur la propriété. Seulement les adultes de plus de 25 ans et les familles.

We just stayed a week in unit 6A. It was absolutely perfect. The condo was immaculate. Lots of storage in bedrooms. Beds, bedding, and towels were lovely. The best thing was the view. We were in awe of the sunrises and sunsets everyday. Mrs. Williams did check in with us early in our stay which was very much appreciated. The condo was stocked with basic necessities like paper towels, tp, napkins, dishwashing soap, laundry soap, and handsoap. This was very helpful so that we didn't need to make a store run our first evening there. I have never stayed in a VRBO that was so clean. Even the lobby and elevator was taken care of. I think this showed how much the residents of this building take pride in ownership. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.

Our host was very responsive before and during our stay, and we could tell that she truly cared that we had an enjoyable visit. The condo was quite spacious and super clean. I love to cook, and I have stayed at many rental condos over the decades, and I must stay that this was the best equipped and most spotlessly clean kitchen that I have ever had the pleasure of utilizing outside of my own home. Despite the unusual cold spell, we absolutely enjoyed the incredible views from the multiple windows and sliding glass doors, and watching the shrimpers going back and forth, the sunrises and sunsets, the dolphins swimming by, and the moon shining on the water. We could even see the Sky Wheel lighting up in red at night in the distance. The location was perfect for our goals for that trip. Hint...bring binoculars. That made the dolphin and boat watching even more fun.

We love the calm vibe of this location. There are no large and noisy crowds near this rental and it speaks to our soul after busy lives at home. We also enjoy just gazing at the waves in a clean unit.

We had a delightful stay. The condo is beautiful, comfortable, and has almost everything you need for your stay. We were dazzled by sunrises, sunsets and moonrises - and daily (sometimes twice!) beach walks were soothing. Perfect weather helped, but the place would still offer a relaxing stay and great views if it weren’t.

The place was beautiful, it had everything we needed, from coffee filters to makeup towels, and extra toothbrush’s if needed. Those little things really stood out to me. Overall the place was very clean and in great condition. The view was absolutely gorgeous and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. We also really enjoyed the location. Margaret was great, checked up on us and made sure we had all the info for checking in.

We visit the beach every year, and this was the best place we've stayed so far. It had plenty of room for the five of us, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a big breakfast every morning. It was a great location with a wonderful view. We will definitely try to rent this unit again.

Excellent vacation. Weather was great, we were lucky that hurricane Erin turned out to sea. Ocean water was a little rough, but the facility and pool were very nice. Elevators were fast with only minimal wait times. Ocean views were fabulous. Host does a great job in communicating and responding. Can't wait until we return again for another vacation.

Perfect stay

This property is exactly as described. The main porch was smaller than we are used to but when you are inside there are views of the ocean from every window so it feels like you have a huge porch. I loved how much light there was in the unit. Even on rainy days it was great.The unit was spotless when we arrived and the host was fantastic in her personal communication before and throughout the trip.The storage closet downstairs was amazing. It made our trips down to the beach so easy and helped keep the unit clean and virtually sand free. The decor is dated, but the very simple color scheme makes it not feel dated. It just feels light and airy. We would definitely stay here again.

Never disappoints!

This is our third time staying at one of Margaret’s properties and the second time at this unit We are never disappointed everything from the cleanliness to the all the necessities in the unit

It was definitely the way it was explained very beautiful,very clean,location was great just absolutely perfect.would definitely go back in a hart beat. All four of that stayed there was over 65 and we all enjoyed it.Margaret was great to work with and so informative her home was beautiful.

Great place!

We have stayed in many places in Myrtle and while all have been excellent this was the best and now is our favorite. It's beautiful and comfortable with easy access to the beach as well as restaurants and shopping We had a wonderful time and would love to go back next year.
