It was a relaxing stay, we had a lovely time and enjoyed the location and it was very quiet and relaxing. The condo had its own washer/dryer and the beds were cozy! kitchen was well stocked, and the view was excellent!

Myrtle Vacation

Great property - easy access to the beach. Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our family, kitchen stalked with everything to make meals. Definitely will stay here again in this unit.

Selman Family Vacay

We absolutely love this property. We stayed in it a couple years ago and decided to book it again. The owners are amazing and so easy to speak with. The property is clean, well maintained, and has everything you need. We love the neighborhood, its quiet and not crowded which makes it great for families with kids like us or who just enjoy some peace and quiet. We will be booking this property again.

Ocean life for the month!

We had a great time. The condo was clean and cozy. It was really well stocked, wasn't missing anything. We felt like we were at a cottage at the beach. I like the 4th floor, high enough to see a long way and low enough to people watch. We used the pool a few times and enjoyed the temperature. Thanks for the great stay.

This property did not disappoint. We have stayed in Crescent Beach for over 10 years. Sadly our long time rental was no longer available so we were looking for something that was comparable. This unit was the perfect fit for us!! We've already booked for next year!

Condo was in great shape with nice updates throughout. The three bedrooms gave us plenty of space, and the spacious layout of the kitchen allowed several people to access at the same time. We like the building location along a quieter section of the street. The beach was fantastic as always in the Myrtle Beach area.Our stop at the rental office to pickup information and parking passes was quick and easy. It was nice having a keyless entry so we didn't have to return anything when we left.We did learn that we prefer at least a portion of the pool to be outside, and that we prefer to be higher up in the building. However, being on the first floor and right next to the stairwell was convenient for walking down to our cars and the beach.

Outstanding condo with a beautiful view of the beach.

The condo was great with beautiful views of the ocean to be enjoyed throughout the day. Great place for morning coffee and and to spend the evening after a nice dinner on the Grand Strand. The beach was quiet and you almost felt like you had it to yourself. Two things must be upgraded. The mattresses are extremely soft. I almost fell out of the bead. I would love to return to the condo but you need replace the mattresses. The walk-in shower with the seat is great but you need to install grab bars to aid people get up. The Master bathroom is impressive. This would be a great condo for a 3 generational stay.

Pinnacle Beach Stay

We did not meet the property manager, and if we did, they did not identify themselves as such. The condo owners were great and very responsive. Any questions or concerns were dealt with immediately. The condo was clean and comfortable, as well as being uniquely decorated. Being close to the beach was a bonus. The property is well kept, secure, and within a short drive to all amenities. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting a vacation In North Myrtle Beach.

The view was great.

Stated no pets , which is why I chose this unit. Noticed a dog smell, the owner did offer to have carpets cleaned, but, declined the offer as we didn't want to deal with damp carpet . Condo could use updating and painting.

Perfect location

This is our second time staying at the condo and I have already booked for the third time to return next year! The location of the condo is extremely quiet and secure. The view from the balcony is serene, and the sound of the waves at night brings me joy. The condo is fully stocked, however I was surprised that there was zero toilet paper when we arrived. I placed a Walmart pick up order for next morning pick up since we arrive late the night before, and not having any toilet paper that night was somewhat inconvenient. So just make sure you bring toilet paper with you! Overall, we really enjoyed this place and highly recommend for anyone who’s looking for a peaceful vacation.

The condo is perfect ! Very clean and roomy. The owner is very helpful and quickly responds to questions. This is the second time we rented and we plan on returning. I highly recommend this place!

Great Get-A-Way

Gret location and the images of what is provided through VRBO is exactly as they appear. The condo is very well stocked with cooking utensils., pots/pans, etc, and dishware. We had a power outage, notified the owner and he was quick to respond and informed us of the problem/situation (someone hit a power pole). The layout of the condo was great for us. The entrance and departure instructions were clear and concise. Good restaurants and shopping are within minutes of the condo. Bottom line - would we go back to that same condo? Absolutely. Thank you Fritz and Sandy for allowing us the opportunity to stay at your condo.

Beautiful Week

This condo was perfect!! We checked in with ease and everything was clean when we arrived. The view is amazing. We had breakfast each morning on the balcony. We loved having access to the balcony from the master bedroom. It was comfortable in the evenings to watch TV or go to the beach. We loved it so much, we checked for available dates in the fall!!! A must stay in MB!!!

We purchased here after owning a 1 bedroom close by, for several years. We grew to love coming here for our vacations, and wanted enough room to bring more of our family and friends. We both grew up in Pennsylvania, and usually ended up at the beach somewhere for vacation. Myrtle Beach just seemed like the perfect fit for us. Myrtle Beach is one of the most family friendly beach areas we've been. We make an effort to keep our condo family friendly also, since our kids have loved coming here since they were born. They are now 14 and 20, and their latest adventure is surfing. We still reside in the Pittsburgh area and come to the beach as often as our schedule allows. We hope you like our condo as much as we do, and return to the area often.
