This fully-equipped, 80 m² villa boasts stunning views of the waterfront and nearby mountains, providing a perfect blend of comfort and natural beauty.

As you enter the villa, you'll be greeted by a thoughtfully designed ground floor. Here, you'll find a spacious living room perfect for relaxation and entertainment, complemented by an open-plan modern kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, and a variety of small appliances to make your stay comfortable and convenient.Furthermore there is a wc.

Ascending the stairs to the first floor, you'll discover two well-appointed bedrooms, offering a peaceful haven for rest and rejuvenation after a day of exploring the local area. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two single beds and they both have en-suite bathrooms and balcony with splendid views.

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung, alles neuwertig. Toll ausgestattete Küche und und schöne Badezimmer. Gute Betten. Super auch die Insektenschutzgitter. Schöne Aussicht und ruhige Lage. Mit dem Auto alles notwendige schnell erreichbar. Toller Pool und super Gartenmöbel. Zum Empfang hatten wir auch Wein, Kuchen, Brot, Schinken, Eier, Käse und Honig im Kühlschrank. Nikos war per WhatsApp immer erreichbar. Alles perfekt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit Verbesserungspotenzial

Die Lage im Bergdorf Mariou ist wunderschön und sehr ruhig. Besonders der fantastische Blick ins Tal und auf das Meer hat uns begeistert. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Der Vermieter war jederzeit freundlich, herzlich und gut erreichbar. Zur Begrüßung standen Gebäck, Getränke und Lebensmittel bereit, und während unseres Aufenthalts wurden wir zusätzlich mit Wein und frischen Eiern überrascht. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Bei unserer Ankunft war die Unterkunft leider nicht so gründlich gereinigt, wie wir es erwartet hätten. Auch der Pool machte zunächst keinen besonders gepflegten Eindruck und hätte während unseres Aufenthalts deutlich häufiger gereinigt werden können. Die in der Buchung angegebenen Wechselintervalle für Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden nicht immer eingehalten. Statt der angekündigten drei Tage über das Buchungsportal wurde bei der Ankunft ein Wechsel alle vier Tage vereinbart, was für uns in Ordnung war. Teilweise wurden daraus jedoch auch fünf Tage. Beim Bettwäschewechsel war das für uns allerdings kein großes Problem, da wir ohnehin nur einen einzigen Wechsel während unseres Aufenthalts gewünscht hatten. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es derzeit einige Baustellen, die teilweise deutlich zu hören sind, die uns persönlich jedoch nicht gestört haben. Mit etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit bei Sauberkeit und Poolpflege könnte die Unterkunft aus unserer Sicht problemlos 5 Sterne erreichen.
