Welcome to your Greenway Getaway!

Step outside to your private patio, a tranquil spot to enjoy morning coffee or an evening breeze. Ideally situated, you'll be around the corner from the scenic Comber Greenway, perfect for leisurely walks or cycling.

A selection of local transport links make it easy to explore Belfast. For nature lovers, Stormont Estate is only a 10-minute walk away. Whether you're here for work or leisure, this property offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

Each bedroom has been fitted with full length mirrored wardrobes, a set of 6 drawers and floating nightstands with touch activated lamps at each bedside. The property features blackout blinds on all windows as well as on patio glass doors.

The living area features a brand new 4 seater sectional sofa next to a wall mounted 50 inch smart TV which can be manoeuvred to be watched anywhere in the room. We have just upgraded to 150 mbps High Speed Fibre Wifi as well!

The open-plan living/dining area is bright and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring or enjoying a meal with friends/family.

The kitchen is fully equipped with the following to make you feel right at home should you choose to cook during your stay:

The hallway does have a closet as well ideal for shoes/ coats and storing suitcases out of the way.

Perfect for our short stay

Very convenient location, very clean, well finished and well equipped apartment. Good outdoor space is the icing on the cake. Super communication and info from the owner. I would most definitely recommend.

The property was clean (except the carpets needed attention, which the host said would be addressed) and just the right size for our needs. We had one family, 2 adult couples. Sadly there was a problem with heat for a day until it was fixed and again with hot water in one of the showers. That took a few days to fix and we had to let in plumbers or leave keys in a lockbox so they could get in while we were out. The owner dealt with the problems promptly but was difficult to contact at times. Full size fridge/freezer a plus. Street parking was readily available.
