The condo was beautiful! Plenty of room for all of the family. We had 6 adults and 4 kids and had a wonderful time. The beach and the view is absolutely amazing. Every day we seen who could spot the dolphins first and even got to see a manatee swimming the coast line!

Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was just as described. There was plenty of room for our family, it was clean, and really nice. There is such a great view. The elevators are slow like everyone said but we did go in June and there were a lot of people in PCB. The worst part is when everyone is attempting to come & go with all of their belongings. This was a mom and kids trip and we felt safe while we were there and everyone was really nice. Would stay again!

Loved our view!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Tidewater!! We had a 3 bedroom 3 bath on the 9th floor. We had 6 adults and 3 children in our family. Plenty of room for everyone. We never had problems with the elevators like I saw in other reviews. We took advantage of the amenities like the indoor pool at night and the theater. Oh and also Starbucks!!! We had a wonderful time at the beach. We definitely stay here again!!

Extended family stay at PCB

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was afraid of the problems other vacationers stated in reviews about the elevators. Elevators were difficult during our stay of the busiest week of the summer, but were manageable. Cleanliness of unit was average as well as quality of furnishings. Overall a slightly above average stay due to the convenient location.

Very large spacious condo. The queen beds are pretty rough-it says they are new but they are not. There was no hot water in the large master bath tub. The washer and dryer are wonderful and the unit was clean, just needs some paint and a little bit of TLC. Overall very nice and lots of space!

Elevator nightmare!!

Thr condo we rented was beautiful and the guest service was great. But the elevators were horrible. My elderly mother who uses a cane and wife at one time waited 45 minutes for a elevator and this ldefinitely was the worst part of the trip and we won't be returning to Tidewater Resort again until the issue is resolved.

The condo is great! It’s spacious. The only thing is there’s not enough bowls and cooking pans for 10. Also, the elevators at tidewater are awful. Waited 45 mins some days. Good thing we were on floor 9 but I can’t imagine being higher

Horrible elevators

The place is clean & nice & staff is excellent! The amenities are wonderful if management would fix the elevator situation & get them all working properly. We waited a half an hour each time, we went in or out. The pools need to be heated. They were like ice & we couldnt even use them the whole trip. Very frustrating, waste of our time!! I wont ever book this place again.

Nice room but terrible building

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room / condo itself was nice. The people we spoke to leading up the trip were great. The location on the beach is nice. The building is in need of updating and the elevators were broke all week. The wait for an elevator was up to 45 min wait. We walked the steps most trips. The gate to the pool was broke so you couldn’t get to the beach several times. Unfortunately we won’t stay again

We are very happy to hear that you were happy with the condo and the people leading up to the trip, as those are the ones you just left a review for. We suggest you review the resort itself. All of the elevators are not broke, only the west end elevator is currently out of service. I have been to Tidewater 10 times in the past week and just do not wait that long. 45 minute wait is highly exaggerated. The elevators can certainly be overcrowded during peak check-in and check-out times but very manageable outside of those windows. First we have heard of anyone having difficulty getting to and from the beach. We will look into that. Better luck in future travels.

we arrived ten minutes early i called they said they were finishing up the room so we sat outside the room and no one ever came out then our door code didn’t work and had to sit and wait forever then half way through our stay door code quit again!! toaster didn’t work had sand in the beds and tubs weren’t very clean the toilet leaked water on the floor in the hall the lights kept blinking we have came there for 3 years now and this i would say was one of the worst stays

I just took over responding to reviews so apologies on the delay. Very sorry to hear about the door lock. We call all our guests on the day of check-out to ask if there is anything they have to report. During the call, you mentioned two lights were out and you had an issue with the shower door. I wish you would've given our office a call to report these issues right away. Our office is open 7 days a week and we even have an after-hours line for emergencies. We would've loved to have addressed those issues for you right away. Even more surprising that we had maintenance come work on the door lock and these issues were not reported then, but I'm happy to report we have fixed the door lock, fixed the leak and replaced the lights. My guest requested a early check in a late checkout. The manager was generous in accommodating both request. There was a issue with the elevators availability. However, we have stayed at Tidewater prior and is aware of the elevator issue. There was a dirty sock in the middle of the dining room upon arrival. There was also a few pots that had black marks / stains in them. Since there is hardware floors in the unit it would be recommended to have a broom or dust mob just to keep up the unit. The refrigerator cold tray was broken. The refrigerator last door shelf was also broken. It would not hold any weight. I would stay in this unit again. However, I felt it was advisable to inform the owner of any issues that we experienced during our stay.

First I have to say that communication and level of customer service with the property management team was next level! They were wonderful to work with!! There was an option for early check in and or late check out, which is a game changer at this resort! This is a large resort and check in can be a nightmare if you get there between 4p and 6p. The condo itself is super spacious, very clean and well maintained! A full size washer and dryer made life so easy! The reort has 2 large outdoor pools and both were clean and worked great for entertaining the littles. I want so badly to give this place all 5 stars, but the elevator situation was a struggle. There was an elevator right outside the condo door, which was great, but they are remodeling a couple of elevator shafts so the number of elevators for the number of condos just didnt work. We had to frequently wait for the elevators to pass us by bc they were so full. And with 30 floors, the wait could be lengthy. And with kids and stuff to carry, the stairs werent an option. That was the only real negative to the rental at all, but it took up a lot of our time. Once we fugured out the heavy traffic times, we were able to navigate a little better but by then it was the end of the trip! Lol. I enjoyed working with Four Star property management so much that we plan to look at their other properties for future trips. I cannot say enough about them ! The trip overall was great

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice Condo with lots of space for a family and very close to Pier Park. Brand new washer/dryer and A/C worked great! Four Star was quick to respond to a maintenance request and checked on us frequently--top notch! The condo could use a good paint job and update on the decor, but otherwise was perfect for us. But be prepared to wait on the slow elevators. It's on the 9th floor, but we still took the stairs a few times.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love working with 4Star! Cleanliness is a must for us & I always clean more. 4Star makes sure we have all the equipment to make our stay easier. We love the location. PCB is fun & the 9th floor is not so high. We have plenty of room to entertain. Lonnie comes in for repairs & is always the gentleman who stays on task. The weather & our friends & the services bring us back year after year.
