place looks as in the photos (nice)… super clean and spectacular location (close to everything!). But t found 2 issues: 1) no matter we turned the heater to the max place was cold (and i was in spring)… 2) its just too noisy.

This is a fantastic little place tucked away but just moments from Oxford street. Beautiful light room, there was street noise but that’s to be expected in a city centre. The sofa bed was an excellent size and the host couldn’t have been more helpful. (Side note: The breakfast downstairs at Drunch was so good.)

This was a perfect location for staying in a central location in London. The check in process was super simple, and it was a quick walk from the tube with our luggage. The two sets of stairs are narrow and steep, but even with our 50lb bags it was very doable. I wasn't worried! And the room was phenomenal with great amenities and location. We did experience some noise from a championship football game being played in a bar down the street, but it quieted down around 8pm and all was good for us. A noise machine, mask, and ear plugs are always a good idea when traveling, and were definitely useful for us on a couple nights! But seriously, highly recommend this apartment for its location, cleanliness, and responsiveness of the host.

Prime location in many ways. My only negative during the 16 days was this site was terribly loud, even at 3 in the morning from unending construction, garbage trucks, forklifts backing up, etc. Staff kindly provided earplugs, but they just couldn't cope with the racket. Once that 4 story adjacent building remodel is done, I think things would be a lot better. That said, Anna and the team were the most responsive vrbo host team, I’ve ever had.

Dear Jay, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the location, appreciated us as your hosts, and had an overall pleasant stay. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the construction work in the neighboring building. Unfortunately, the renovation was outside of our control and took place for a few weeks during your visit, which regrettably impacted your experience. We are pleased to share that the construction has now been completed, and this is no longer an issue for future stays. Thank you for your understanding. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide you with an even more enjoyable stay. Best, Anna

Much better than a hotel

This flat is lovely and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I was alone, so it felt like a much larger and nicer hotel room than the nearby options in the same price range. It is perfect for a couple at the very most. I can't imagine four people would be comfortable there. As mentioned in the description, this place has no elevator, and the stairs are pretty narrow, but I brought my suitcase up and down without any problem. The location is very central, near major attractions, and conveniently located steps from my office. I would definitely book this place again if I return to London.

Great flat in the heart of Mayfair and close to the action! My wife and I spent a few days here enjoying various areas of London. Excellent communication from the host at all times, super clean, modern and well appointed. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

This apartment is in an excellent location close to everything in the west end of London. We literally walked everywhere we wanted to go. Can’t say enough about how good the location was. The apartment was as shown in the photos but was dusty. We were constantly wiping surfaces and floors to remove dust. As well, it is VERY NOISY! Like day and night. Hard to sleep well with all the street noise. We also found the shower a challenge. It’s hard to climb into and the shower head does not stay in place leaving the bathroom soaked multiple times. The property manager asked for a video so she could send it to the handyman to correct but with only two days left in our stay weDeclined the offer. Great location - but it comes with some inconveniences.
