Appartement de jardin spacieux, 2 chambres, grand salon avec cuisine. Tous les nouveaux meubles, lits King (200 x150 cm) et doubles (190 x 135 cm), grand canapé neuf avec cuisine prête à cuisiner.

La cuisine a tous les appareils - cuisinière, four, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur / congélateur et lave-vaisselle. Nous avons des articles de cuisine de base à partager et il y a des épiceries bien approvisionnées à proximité!

J'ai le WiFi et une télévision avec. Roku
Stick qui permet de regarder Netflix, BBC iPlayer, etc.


Jardin privé à l'arrière avec chaise longue et tables, oasis de calme au milieu de la ville. L'appartement est à 800m de l'arrêt de métro de l'avenue Warwick, ainsi que quelques bus juste devant la porte d'entrée qui peuvent vous emmener à Paddington ou à Oxford Street en 10-15 minutes.

Il y a une nouvelle machine à laver dans l'appartement et un nouveau sèche-linge. Appartement a de nombreuses serviettes / vêtements de lavage, plein d'articles de toilette, savons, shampoing, etc.

This was the perfect retreat for our family in London! The flat had everything we needed and more. It was spotless and really charming. The back garden was full of birdsong and the location was so easy to navigate. The host was very responsive and thoughtful. I would highly recommend this place!

What can I say? Great location in a real (non touristy) neighborhood, close to the tube, quiet, clean, well stocked, and a very accommodating host! Would highly recommend, it’s a great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful flat. The back garden was like an oasis in the city. Sitting back there after sightseeing all day was so relaxing. There was no noise from the street and hearing the birds made you feel like you weren't in central London. While we were visiting, there was a Tube strike, so we needed to use the bus and the 6 bus stopped right in front of the flat! That right there is worth it!! The beds were comfortable, and the shower was nice. We would definitely stay here again.

There is a 24 hours convenient store within 2 minutes walking, and a cafe across the street. The Kitchen is small, but has all the equipments needed. The area is very quite, and safe, about 10 minutes walk to Warwick Ave Underground Station. One way ticket is 3.1 pounds to anywhere in central London. We came back several times close to mid night after West End shows. Perfect place for a quite residential experience in London, far from the tourists buzz in central London. Highly recommend.

Excellent stay in Maida Vale

We had a wonderful experience in the pleasant Maida Vale, with easy access into central London on the Bakerloo line. Flat was lovely with lots of hot water, coffee, tea, and amenities.

It was not clean: bathroom floor had hair and the shower was dirty. I needed to wash it out myself.There was a pair of kids' sandals on the floor under the sink in the second bathroom so I know they did not sweep.But the biggest issue was not refunding my money when I had to change my reservation from 7 nights to 6. She did not update my reservation, did not advertise any discounts for weekly reservation, and did not offer a refund at all until I pursued it. I had to fight with her to get any refund and then it was only part because she tried to rely on a prorated discount she never advertised.

Hi Stacey. During your stay you wrote thanks and said you were enjoying the flat. “Thank you so much for your patience and for such a lovely place to stay while we explored your beautiful city!”. I am sorry you disagreed with the calculation for 6 nights vs 7 nights. As discussed the week discount is on the site, in the fee calculation. If I had known there were any issues in the flat - during your stay I would have fixed it. I will let my cleaner know to hide her sandals. Thank you for info.

Great Home Base

This flat served as a great home base for our family for 4 days of exploring London. It was clean with adequate space for spreading out after long days sightseeing. Two Underground stations within a 10 minute walk and numerous bus options made this a good place to stay. Cindy was attentive to questions prior to booking and upon arrival.

Really nice stay at Cindy's place. The flat was perfect and easily accessible to the Tube and buses. We had everything we needed in the flat and Cindy's instructions were very clear. I'd love to stay there again!

Beautiful flat

This is a super cute flat! Cindy was very responsive and so helpful! Neighborhood was charming and quiet. It was a great find!!! One of the highlights was spending evenings in the back garden area while discussing our daily adventures! Would definitely recommend if traveling to the London area!
