Amazing room - and set up. Location was handy to get into town. Not many shops close but there was an amazing coffee shop close! Would stay there again!Near a busy main road but not a problem - very quiet in the accommodation Thank you!

I Am Coming Back!

I love this place!! It's clean and well equipped. Even the cleaning woman is nice. They have a texting system with which to contact the very helpful staff 24/7. It is an easy walk or train way to hop around Copenhagen. I like the way we can have curtains open and yet have some privacy. I think the passcode system is wonderful because I tend to lose keys. Oh...and they have a laundry mat!!! It was such a gift!! Partly I don't want to praise them too much because I hope there will always be a room for me there

The apartment was pleasant and clean and handy to the Metro. I like to sleep with a window open at night but as the only thing that could be opened to the balcony was a door, and the balcony was not only shared but easily accessed from the street, I felt uncomfortable leaving the door open. The shower was excellent but the legs of the bed seem expressly designed to hurt feet!The irritating aspect that unfortunately coloured my stay was the inability to easily communicate with the host on my primary device, the phone. I would open the email, click the link to “message” and then it would skip to the STAYZ app, and then immediately from there to VRBO, and then the app would freeze. Which meant that if I needed to read a message I had to pull out the iPad, patch it into the phone hotspot and then go through the Stayz website. Not exactly convenient when travelling alone with luggage and trying to work out how to get in to the accommodation (I could find it on the map, but as there is no physical reception the getting in part was critical). I did request the host to communicate via WhatsApp, which would have made my life easier, but they declined to do so.
