Apartments Minerva are located in the Old Town, only steps away from the Stradun promenade.
Luggage storage before check in and after check out are available, so that you can explore the town a bit more before departure.

A city tax of 1.40€ per person per night will be collected at the property in cash upon arrival.

This modern one bedroom apartment is a perfect fit for up to two persons.
It offers free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and LCD cable TV. Apartment also includes seating area, fully equipped kitchenette with dining area, private bathroom fitted with shower and washing machine.

You will get an apartment which is better than a hotel, Everything you needed is here and the studio is just perfect! This apartment is well located right at the centre of the town, You can get nice restaurant just beliw the street which is just perfect, There is also market available just right down of the street, Everything is great here, Dont miss it! Third stay in wonderful apartment up the steps from the Stradun, Great location, very clean and comfortable and the hosts are very welcoming indeed, The steps are steep so pack accordingly, but the first climb is the worst and then your fitness improves!! Only a minute or so down to the Stradun passing a small supermarket on the way, Everything you need for a comfortable stay in Dubrovnik and wonderful to be within the city walls, Owners are easily contactable and transfers can be booked through the agent,

Apartments Minerva is a great place to stay while in Dubrovnik! It is close to the main street in the Old Town and close to many bars and restaurants, The only portion that may be different for some are the stairs, but there are stairs all around Dubrovnik, The host was very friendly and met us at the Apartment although our ferry was thirty minutes delayed, We didn't have to contact her aside from check-in, but she provided us with her contact information in case of any questions, The apartment itself was much better than expected, It is a two room apartment with a living room and bedroom and even has a decent sized kitchenette that is well-stocked, We did run into an issue where someone blew a fuse in the downstairs apartment, but the gentleman that lives across the hall from where we were staying graciously fixed it very quickly,

Apartments Minerva is a great place to stay while in Dubrovnik! Die Lage der Apartments Minerva ist unschlagbar! Nur wenige Gehminuten von der Stradun-Promenade entfernt, konnten wir die Altstadt bequem erkunden. Das Apartment selbst war modern und komfortabel, mit einer Klimaanlage, die uns während unseres Aufenthalts angenehm kühl hielt. Sehr empfehlenswert für Paare!

Was für ein herrlicher Aufenthalt! Das Wohnzimmer war gemütlich, und wir haben es sehr genossen, nach einem langen Sightseeing-Tag vor dem LCD-Fernseher zu entspannen. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei, und das Bett war super bequem. Die Nähe zum Strand war ein riesiger Pluspunkt!

Diese Wohnung war genau das, was wir brauchten. Sie ist kompakt, aber gut ausgestattet, mit allem von Kühlschrank bis Mikrowelle. Die Lage ist fantastisch – Restaurants und Strand sind schnell zu erreichen. Die Klimaanlage haben wir besonders an warmen Tagen sehr geschätzt.
