This new studio is situated in Žudioska street, near Stradun - main street in Old city of Dubrovnik.
Apartment has a bedroom with double bed accommodating two guests. Bathroom with shower and hair dryer, A/C, SAT TV, free wi-fi. Lastly, there is kitchenette with fridge, fridge freezer, kettle, stove, kitchen utensils.
It is in walking distance of all major monuments and sightseeing, bus station on Pile Gate and in the area there are many stores, bars and restaurants.

The Old town of Dubrovnik is the most known and desirable destination in Dubrovnik. In the past, Old City became an important force in the whole Mediterranean after the 13th century. Although significantly destroyed by the earthquake of 1667, Dubrovnik managed to keep and preserve its Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque churches, monasteries, palaces, and fountains.Today inside the Walls you have almost everything that you might need: cultural sights, cinemas, galleries theaters, lots of cafes, and restaurants.
During the day it is pretty much crowded with tourists and domestic people, and music from bars and restaurants during the night is not the first option for those who are seeking peace and a quiet place to stay. Despite that Old Town of Dubrovnik offers liveliness and charm that you cannot find in other parts of Dubrovnik.
Stradun, the main street in Old City is only 300 m long but offers the most famous sights as you walk along the way. Onofrio's Fountain, the Franciscan Monastery, the Sponza Palace, Orlando's Column, the Rector's Palace, the Dubrovnik Cathedral and Treasury, the Church of St. Vlaho, Synagogue, Marin Držić House, Ethnographic Museum Rupe, Aquarium...
The most impressive sight is well preserved, City Walls. Only 2 km long and 25 m high used to be protected in the past. The most important and well-preserved 5 fortresses give a unique shape to this Old town. Those are Fort of Minčeta, Revelin, Bokar, St. John, and outside Lovrjenac.
Traffic is forbidden inside the Walls and parking is almost mission impossible in case you decide to stay as much as closer to the Old City...

Special place!

Slavica’s place was fantastic! You are right in the heart of old town and can walk everywhere but are still close to the main roads for easy access for entry/exit and day trips to other areas. NOTE: You are staying in a lively part of Old Town, there may be some noise from local restaurant and bars in the evenings/night.

Brilliant service!

I only stayed for one night due to a last-minute flight change, so it was really easy to book and also to find. The place was very clean and it was within a 7-minute walk from the airport shuttle bus. Also, the host was very proactive and communicative, and all the instructions were clear enough so that even after a long flight I still managed to find a place immediately past midnight. That is also another point that the flexible check-in was super helpful.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Pros: - Excellent location within the city walls and walking distance to all major tourist sites. - Convenient for a short stay if you plan to spend most of your time out exploring and eating out. Cons: - Apartment was minimally equipped, including the kitchen, which had limited items, no paper towels, and no dish towels. - Bathroom had an intense musty smell. - The windows provided virtually no soundproofing, which made it very difficult to sleep with nearby venues open until 3am.

Extraordinary journey!

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Slavica’s place and our trip in Dubrovnik. It is literally a couple minutes walk down to the main square of the town so could not be better located! It had everything we needed for our stay, nice big comfy bed too! Would definitely be happy staying here should we return to Dubrovnik again!

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Slavica was super sweet and communicative! The apartment was in a perfekt location and the air conditioning was a dream. Other reviews mention it being a but loud, and while that’s true, we found it to be pretty quiet at about midnight. Unfortunately I do have to mention the smell that other reviews mentioned- they were right. There is a smell emanating from the bathroom sink drain that gets stronger after running water. If you close the door it won’t bother you, however it smells mold. Everything else was great and deserves a full 5 stars :)

The place is a great location but it is incredibly loud at night and basically impossible to sleep without earplugs. The windows aren't soundproof at all. I also found it a bit annoying that I was tasked with taking trash out to bins last minute at one of the city gates.

Nice apartment in a great location. It has everything you need for short or longer stay. The only thing to improve is the AC work, it was a bit hot even with the lowest temperature set on it.
