Wonderful apartment in a newly built building located in the historic center of Milan, in front of the Sforza Castle and a 5-minute walk from the Duomo.
The apartment on the first floor has a large living area with kitchen, table and sofa bed. Marble bathroom with fine finishes, spacious room overlooking Via Meravigli, make the accommodation a perfect solution for families or groups who want to enjoy the center of Milan with all the comforts of a luxury suite.

Parking is available upon request and subject to prior availability.

The cost is 30 EUR per day .
We recommend booking it as soon as possible, because it may not be available for the dates.

Great location & air conditioning. Beautifully decorated and updated!

Couldn’t think of a better place to have stayed for our 2 nights in Milan. Close walking distance to all the city sights and Food galore. Accommodated 3 adults infant easily. Apartment was very updated and clean, and provided all the staples needed. Checkin and check out process was a breeze & the property manager(s) we interacted with were attentive and responsive. Highly recommend!

Nice little place in Milan - perfect for a quick 3 day trip - the host was super nice and very kind and met us at the unit when we arrived. He took us through how to get in and how locks worked etc. we enjoyed the fact that almost everything we wanted to see was walking distance. Had a washer and dryer that worked and the size of the place was perfect for a short stay - great experience

The room had a dead animal smell In it and when I sent an email to tell the apt manager, it took 24 hrs for them to get back to us. They said they’d check it out out but never did. We ended up moving out the next day and forfeited 3 of the 5 days we booked for and had to find another place to stay for three nights so we paid extra. . Also the noise from the street was unbearable and we never slept for the two nights we did stay there. Very uncomfortable beds and pillows as well. Truly one of the worst places we’ve ever stayed.

Beautiful apartment. Cozy space; it met our needs. It was clean and airy. Great AC after long hot, humid days exploring Milan. Excellent location to the heart of city center Milan. There’s a market on the same block; very nice! It’s on a quieter street which was great for sleep/rest. Be aware, the clothes dryer needs some repair. Also, be aware some Vrbo’s listings we used this Italian trip did not included the “Visitor Taxes” in their price listing when we booked; plus, your instructions/access to the VRBO are not released until you pay this additional fee.

Perfect! Good location for this apartment, city center was just 5/10min walking distance. A/C was sooo good as it was more than 35C outside! Apartment was confortable for 2 adults and 2 children. The parking option was interesting and convenient. Fary helped us to have all the necessary and useful information to check-in, appreciated! Small tips to improve the apartment : put a bit more dishes/spoons/etc, and some additional towels hangers.

Real estate documents upon arrival were an unexpected task while trying to drive in. Key finding was a bit cumbersome might have been nice to have been met. Parking was an off-site underground garage and was more expensive than advertised.

This was the absolute worse rental experience we have ever had. Amenities listed were not accurate and we had to buy much of our own. We got 2 small rolls of toilet paper and 2 bath towels for the 5day/4night which we had to keep washing but the dryer did not work at all. No laundry detergent even though I messaged ahead of time and was told there would be some. No dishwasher soap, no paper towels or tissues, no bed sheets for the sofa bed. Only hot water for one person, then next person takes a cold shower or wait an hour. The pillows had a lot of stains on them. The sofa bed had a nail in it which my husband pulled out. The internet also does not work! The unit backs a street where the cable bus runs 24/7 and it’s extremely loud the entire night. It was impossible to for us to sleep through it.The worse part was the lack of communication.I reached out ahead of time and was told Fary would be at the unit to meet us and let us in. The only email I received day of check in was to pay for the tourist tax. Nobody met us. I wasted over an hour calling, messaging, emailing the host and Fary and was finally let in by a random housekeeper who worked in the unit and felt bad for us. Our 1st day there they kept emailing and messaging us about the tourist tax and said we’d get fined if we didn’t register and pay right away. Host did not respond to requests for bed sheets, supplies, or fix anything! No communication or regard for our needs during the stay.
