L'appartement est dans le centre de la Piazza Castello, et se compose de deux grandes et élégantes chambres récemment rénovées, donnant sur le Castello Sforzesco et le parc en face, dans un élégant bùtiment avec concierge.
Il est situé dans une position stratégique pour atteindre facilement tous les points de la ville: à pied, vous pouvez rejoindre le Duomo, la ville financiÚre et le quartier de la mode sur des sentiers presque entiÚrement piétonniers (via Dante et Corso Vittorio Emanuele); à proximité se trouvent également la basilique de Santa Maria delle Grazie, Santambrogio et le quartier caractéristique de Brera.
Les principaux moyens de transport en commun sont à proximité immédiate: les lignes 1 et 2 du métro, la gare de Cadorna avec la navette reliant Malpensa, de nombreux véhicules de surface, les parkings à vélos partagés, la gare routiÚre touristique Piazza. Castello. Les fumeurs et les animaux domestiques ne sont pas autorisés.

Endroit parfait pour visiter Milan

Appartement trĂšs typique , trĂšs propre, vue spectaculaire sur le Castello, trĂšs calme,pas de bruit. Andrea est un hĂŽte super disponible et trĂšs gentil. La salle de bain trĂšs exigĂŒe demande une certaine gymnastique et n’est pas conseillĂ© aux personnes ayant des problĂšmes de mobilitĂ©.La situation juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la gare et la proximitĂ© du Duomo rend les visites trĂšs faciles.

Location is excellent and close to Milan Cardona station so very convenient from the Malpensa airport. The apt is roomy and had just what we needed for our stay, a double and two twin beds. It was clean and a nice and simple. The apt is right across from the Sforza castle and very convenient to The Last Supper church as well. The owner communicated very well and we got what we needed.

Our host Andrea was friendly and very easy to communicate with. He met us at the apartment and took time to explain the details (access to the apartment, building rules, how to operate everything). Although it was sparsely decorated and had an unenclosed shower in the bathroom, the balcony and windows overlooking the Castello Sforzesco made for a memorable stay, and the location was amazing for walking to all the sights.

The owner met with us and clearly explained everything about the apartment. The owner was very friendly and made us feel at home. The apartment was wonderful and the location was exceptionally near all the important sites.I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Milan.

Just Perfect!

Right from the moment we met Andrea we knew we would be very well looked after. Andrea met us at the time arranged and took us through the apartment, he ensured that we were comfortable and that all our needs were met. The apartment is bright and airy, overlooking the Castello Sforzesco, fortress, palace and now a museum with parkland, it has a little balcony which was a bonus for viewing. The apartment is very central, but also quiet, within a secure building in a beautiful and historic part of Milan.Walking distance to just about everything! The Duomo of Milano - the Cathedral, the amazing shopping precinct and lots of other interesting precincts with restaurants and galleries within the city. We walked everywhere, however the tramline and trains are also so very close by. We thoroughly enjoyed our very comfortable stay in the apartment.

I mean, you're RIGHT next to the castle, how cool is that?

You can see it from the bedroom, it's so nice! It also has a lovely balcony to take it all in.The place had everything we needed, and we needed to laundry and that was a huge plus.Highly recommend.One note: do be careful leaving the window open as mosquitoes will get in and try to bite you in your sleep. Other than that (self-inflicted) the place was lovely.

Great location, great host

Super clean, easy to work with host Andrea (his English is much better than my Italian, but his translating app was put to good use!). Older building and some quirky things to be aware of (don't run dishwasher and washing machine at the same time, etc), a few creaky floors, but comfortable bed and an incredible setting just opposite Sforza Castle. Convenient to Cadorna AND Cairoli transit stations (the latter is where we picked up the HOHO bus AND a tour bus to Lake Como). You can take the Malpensa Express from Cadorna station to the Malpensa airport if needed. Some good restaurants nearby, and a little grocery store not too far. Close to The Last Supper too (15 minute walk, be sure to get your tickets early or do a LivItaly tour like we did). In short, Andrea was a great host and we were very comfortable in this apartment. Thank you, Andrea!

Me and my Father really enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s!! Andrea is a great host who is very kind and welcoming. Despite the language barrier, he communicated with us very well and treated us with care. If you ever need anything, he makes sure to help you to the best of his ability. The apartment is homey and is a great location to explore Milan. Dining, shops, transportation, and tourist locations are all within walking distance. If I ever come back to Milan, I definitely stay here again!!

Great views, perfect location

The unit is everything the description says it is. Comfortable, literally across the street from Sforza castle, views are great. Walking distance from the Duomo and all the city center has to offer. Host Andrea is lovely, patient and very communicative. Loved this stay.

The Castle View

We were able to find a lovely Cafe just around the corner. The Majestic Cafe and Bistrot. Claudia was an amazing hostess. I had lost my ability to venture very far so this was perfect. Our accommodations were very old which made them eccentric. The central heating wasn’t turned on during our stay so the cold weather made the apartment very cold. Our host only spoke Italian but translating by phone app worked just fine. Andrea was a great help with logistics. Thanks Andrea!

Awesome location

Great location. Nice and central and close to transit. The apartment was very clean. Andrea did a great job of messaging me with updates prior to our trip. On the day of our arrival Andrea met us in person and walked us through the features of the apartment. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was super nice as was the host! He made sure we had everything we needed and explained how to get in and out of the place and made extra sure we understood! He did everything in his power to help us even though we didnt speak italian. He was also very kind and gifted us a bottle of prosecco to celebrate my spouse and I's marriage and honeymoon! He was extrememly generous and would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Milan! The view from the balcony was gorgeous! The place is also really close to a lot of beautiful architecture and a really big park! It was nice for some evening strolls and a bit of gelato to end the night!
