Very nice property with plenty of family space. Quite neighborhood and a private backyard. Location to downtown Napa was close, a bit of a drive to the wineries, but with a driver, no problem. We enjoyed this property and our stay in Napa very much! Thank you.

This is an outstanding property, that is in the right location for a Napa Wine trip. The house is very well laid out especally for large groups. The backyard is like your own seculded oasis. Highly recommend.

Spent my 60th and my daughter’s 30th birthday in Napa. Beautiful home and wonderful outdoor space. Owner had a birthday banner and flowers for us too. Highly highly recommend. We had such a great time ! Great location to walk to downtown Napa or get to any wineries. Just perfect.

Everything was just like the pictures. The beds were very comfortable. Great location and a large backyard. Edwin was very prompt in addressing a slight issue that came up. Our group on 8 would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous home tucked in Napa proper. You could walk to Bottle Rock. Close to downtown. This home met all our needs from the spacious living space, comfortable beds and quaint backyard. It was perfect for visiting wineries, relaxing and reading a book to watching a movie.

The property was beautiful and a great location. The communication from the owner was excellent. The property manager checked in with us to make sure everything was OK. We could not have asked for a better stay.

Carla and Edwin were extremely attentive and responsive. The home, well appointed and immaculate, is amazing and purpose designed for 3-5 guests (though couples could double that up). Every amenity provided, and a Bocce court to boot. Location is quick access to most of the wine region, yet very secluded and cozy. Would def stay again.

We just stayed at this lovely property for a family wedding weekend. We had seven adults and two children 18 months and 8. The house fit everyone perfectly and the host Carla provided both pack n play and highchair for the baby. The common areas we nicely set up for all of us to be there together. The back yard is lovely. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to navigate. All in all a great stay

The entire property was wonderful! Kitchen, hot tub, bedrooms, bathrooms, and a fresh bouquet of flowers (nice touch given we were celebrating a birthday!!). Highly recommend this property and the manager and owner were tops! Great recommendations for our winery tours too. Thank you!

The property was very clean and well-appointed. It was great for our large group. The location was ideal; close to downtown Napa but far enough away to not hear any heavy traffic. There was a lot of space for parking. The property was extremely private, which is one of its best attributes, and suited the open design well. The back of the house looked out into a lovely backyard with a large table & chair set, couches and a large umbrella - perfect for summer. The hot tub was clean and well maintained. Again, very private. Wish our group had more time to enjoy the other attributes of the yard. The host was professional, attentive and communicated well. I would definitely book this house again.

Lovely place, ideally located right outside of Napa, short drive to Oxbow market.Place is spacious, very well furnished, firepit and jacuzzi make for a fun stay with loved ones. We had a great time and will remember our stay!

We enjoyed our stay in Napa and the home was located in a private neighborhood. They had all necessary supplies for our visit and cooking at home. It was easily accessible to wineries but wish it was a closer walk to the River. The backyard was nicely landscaped along with being secluded we enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. Wanted to play bocce ball but the court was not managed and needed some love. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
