This was such a great property and we really enjoyed our time here. There was plenty of space to spread out and the amenities offered on property were a pleasant surprise. The kitchen was very well stocked, including with condiments in the fridge (we appreciated this!). The hot tub was great. Daniel was incredibly responsive to our questions and was a gracious host. The house had plenty of parking and was also very close to downtown Napa.

We had 9 adults and used both the houses, which were spacious and well-equipped. The location is about a 15-minute drive from downtown Napa. Daniel was very responsive. We had trouble getting the hot tub to heat up, and he sent someone over right away to re-set it so we could enjoy it. The outdoor space was lovely, if it had been a little warmer, we would have liked to try the fire pit and grill.

The property and homes are absolutely beautiful. The kitchens are very well appointed with every appliance you could need. There were plenty of towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. It had everything needed for laundry. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. There were several different comfortable sitting areas outside around the very well-maintained property. Really enjoyed that it was fenced in and private. The location was very convenient to Napa proper and the surrounding area. Although we didn't use it, the double garage housed a pool table, air hockey game, darts, bikes, and all kinds of fun and games. Daniel was very personable and always answered the phone if we had questions. We had an issue with one of the AC units, and he had a technician out the next day to try to repair it. Parts would not arrive until after we left, however he offered us reimbursement for the inconvenience. Highly recommend the host and property.

We are a three generation family ages ranging from 82 to 10 years. Besides excellent housing amenities, the games were a big hit. The property is in a beautiful location. Close to town but on the edge of country. Perfect for small or larger number of guess. Relax by one of 2 fire pits, or barbeque at the gazebo with the whole gang. What a wonderful place to stay in a beautiful part of California.

This was the PERFECT location for our mini family reunion! The two house design gave us the space to spread out. The kids and teens had an amazing time playing games in the garage, the adults were able to socialize and catch up without interruption, and we were able to enjoy large meals together. Throughout our stay. The kitchen was VERY well stocked with every gadget you could think of and plenty of sauces and condiments. It was a rainy weekend so we didn’t get to take full advantage of the outdoor amenities (fire pits and BBQ), but the outdoor space was as well appointed as the indoor space. There was also firewood available on site.The property was secure and safe and had lovely views towards Skyline Park.Thank you for providing our extended family the perfect backdrop for creating new and precious memories!

Family Visit with room to spread out

Nice place to stay with family visiting from out of town who wanted to explore the Napa Valley. House is newly built, clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Just as described in the listing. Grounds are spacious, with lots of areas to sit and enjoy the beautiful views and weather. Communication with the owner was easy, with quick responses every time. We loved our time here.

Fantastic Napa headquarters

Great place to stay that's close enough to downtown Napa and the vineyards in the area but separate enough to feel intimate. The views from the yard are incredible, and it was lovely to separate between the two homes, so people weren't crowding each other. The only thing I would change is a non slip mat or texture around the stairs of the tub, as I took a hard fall getting out the first time (easily remedied by putting a towel down the following days but still seems like a good idea is all).Of course, that's a super small tiny thing compared to an incredible stay. The property, location, and amenities are fantastic, highly recommend this location and Daniel as a host in general!

Napa girl weekend

Loved that the property had two houses with two kitchens . It also had lots of seating spots all through out the property and was so peaceful to have coffee outside in the mornings. We also went hiking at the wilderness park it was only a 10 minute walk , really gorgeous ! Than for wine tasting we Uber’d which only took 10-15 mins. (There is closer wineries) . It was a fantastic weekend. With a relaxing jacuzzi. I want to bring my family back next year.

Napa Couples Weekend

Planned Napa weekend for five couples doing the wine tasting thing. This property was perfect for our visit. It’s split into two houses on an acre lot property with 5 bedrooms. Both houses have full kitchens and room to hang out. Hot tub was nice and the small gazebo outside was great spot to have a few beverages and talk. Houses were in great shape with all modern appliances and kitchen needs. Very nice outdoor space. Location good as it’s in a fairly quiet residential neighborhood with short drive to downtown. Ubers no problem and not expensive. Daniel was very good on communication and would recommend this place for medium sized groups doing wine tasting weekend.

Super peaceful, private, the best place for star gazing honestly, and very easy access to town and main drag. The views to Mt. George are phenomenal to say the least, as well as Skyline Wilderness Park right on the other side, 1,000 yards from entrance.

I looked for over two years to find this special haven to what it has become. When you are behind the gate and have over an acre of flat land, neighbors goats and sheep to enjoy and even feed, you will be in your own world and solitude to relax and enjoy what Napa Valley has to offer.
