Appartement Spacieux au Dernier Étage avec Lit King | Vues sur la Ville | Transports Excellents

Very spacious king sized bedroom apartment with living/dining room and separate well equipped kitchen & full bathroom. Situated in a wonderful neighbourhood offering great transport links across the whole city, airport & train stations. It is walkable to the city centre and Haymarket station. The apartment is surrounded by Harrison Park and a few minutes walk from the Union canal. There are two spaces in the apartment for working, one in the bedroom and one in living room, with high speed reliable internet. This is a home away from home. It has all the comforts you need to enjoy visiting or working in the city. It is great for both short stays, as an alternative to a hotel, or for longer stays, while working or visiting friends and family.

There are lots of great local restaurants walkable, local pubs, supermarkets and the entertainment complex of Fountain Park less than 10 minutes walk. We are situated between Slateford, Polwarth, North Merchiston & Dalry neighbourhoods.

The location was perfect , the pub directly across is an iconic Scottish pub. The value for a September stay was excellent. It’s a few flights up but if your staying in Edinburgh steps are an everywhere. The apt was very comfortable, we slept well there .

The host was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The location was convenient and the flat met our needs for exploring the area. There were some cleanliness issues that affected our first impression of the property, although the host was receptive to feedback and made efforts to address our concerns. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the host's attentiveness and willingness to help.

We enjoyed our stay at this cosy apartment. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and it was set up nicely. It was a short bus trip to the main areas or a 40 minute walk. Check in and out were simple.

Lovely property in Edinburgh

Perfect little apartment in central Edinburgh. Felt very homely and the pictures are a true representation of the apartment. Loads of great restaurants not far and walking distance to Princess street. Fiona was great accommodating our late booking and available within 30 mins of messaging

Fiona was a good host and very responsive, no qualms with that side. The property on the other hand is not very nice to stay in. The electric shower (yep electric shower) dribbles out water, the cleanliness was ok but a few literal cobwebs in places, quite a few questionable stains on sofa/chairs and while it wasn't freezing the apartment was never warm like you'd want after venturing out in December in Edinburgh. Again, no issues with the hosting, just not a particularly good quality stay.

Wonderful neighbourhood! Lots of character, lots of amenities - restaurants, pubs, a canal, park, groceries, football stadium. And only an easy 30 minutes walk into the city. The apartments was perfect. Great size, clean, interesting and comfy. Totally felt and home and definitely didn't want to leave! Fiona and Phil were very communicative and responsive. Loved Edinburgh, can't wait to go back! xoxoxo
