Ce bel appartement indĂ©pendant de 2 chambres occupe tout le rez-de-chaussĂ©e d'un charmant petit maison dans un excellent emplacement et dans une des places gĂ©orgiennes les plus parfaits d'Edimbourg. Ce magnifique salon lumineux peut accueillir quatre personnes. Il dispose d'un charmant salon ensoleillĂ© avec des baies vitrĂ©es profondes et deux chambres Ă  coucher les plus relaxantes. Il conserve tous les charmes de l'Ă©poque gĂ©orgienne avec une dĂ©coration douce et un confort luxueux. , volets roulants, planchers de chĂȘne et Ă©clairage chaleureux. Pratiquement Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de l'appartement sont la glorieuse Glenogle Bains, restaurĂ©s dans leur splendeur victorienne de 1897 avec une belle piscine chauffĂ©e et sauna et ouvert pour une baignade du matin ou le soir du vent vers le bas. SituĂ© dans le village bohĂšme excentrique de Stockbridge encore Ă  seulement 10 minutes de marche du centre-ville, Saxe Coburg Lieu aime beaucoup le meilleur des deux mondes de la vie du village au cƓur du nĂ©o-classique New Town. La plupart se trouvent tout Ă  fait Ă©pris de Stockbridge village lui-mĂȘme. Il est un endroit idĂ©al pour le magasin de navigation par jour et manger et boire la nuit. Wonderful, quiet and welcoming

Laura and Catriona were wonderful hosts. Everything is as described and the location is quiet and convenient. So many excellent cafes and restaurants close by and an easy walk, bus or cab ride into Edinburgh. Thank you for helping to make our Edinburgh stay truly memorable.

Lovely stay

This flat was perfect for our family. Everything needed was provided and the location was great. It is located on a quiet street, but close to great restaurants and shops.

Beautiful location, well appointed amenities, comfy sheets!

We highly recommend this property. The Stockbridge location was excellent with tons of great restaurants one and two blocks away...but with a front door that's in a quiet, green neighborhood.

Best place in Edinburgh

This is a wonderful apartment/flat. So wonderful it was hard to pull ourselves away from the lovely light filled living room with fresh flowers and dreamy window seats, perfect for reading and watching the world go by. The apartment is located on a quiet circle that looks out on to a communal garden in the heart of Stockbridge. You won’t find a better location in Edinburgh!

This apartment was the perfect "home base" for our family attending a family wedding in Edinburgh. The location and the apartment was light-filled, clean and had EVERYTHING needed for a multi-night stay. I especially appreciated the dishwasher, washer/dryer combo. Brilliant use of space, comfortable and close to Stockbridge shops. And Lannan Bakery was just down the street. Laura is an excellent communicator and host. Catriona was there to greet us and provided fresh flowers along with other necessities to make our first night comfortable. If our travels return to Edinburgh, we will definitely book a stay here!

Prime location

The property is well equipped with everything you need and serves perfectly well as a base for exploring the beauty of Edinburgh. We enjoyed to return to the apartment from our daily excursions and relax. Highly recommended!

This apartment exceeded all of our expectations. Yes, the kitchen is small (the popular commentary from many) but it worked out perfectly fine even with a small shopping spree at the Sunday farmers market in Stockbridge. Beautiful and comfortable living room with gigantic oversized windows overlooking the lovely and quiet Saxe Coburg Place park. While relaxing in the morning or after a day stroll about, I often found myself sitting or laying about on the wonderful cushioned windowsills like a cat watching the passersby.The whole apartment, as well as the bedroom was super quiet and incredibly comfortable.Catriona met us upon check-in to give us the lay of land., also bringing milk for coffee, fresh cut flowers, and Prosecco.Will definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

Perfect location. Charming apartment on a beautiful, quiet street. Plenty of great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. A short taxi ride or 20 minute walk into the city center. Catriona greeted us upon arrival and Laura responded to any questions immediately. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Perfect stay in lovely Edinburgh neighborhood

Location, Location, Location

This place was an excellent choice as it was right outside of the hustle and bustle of The Royal Mile. Easy to walk to Old and New Town and explore Leith. Stockbridge was a quaint town with nice restaurants and shops. Visited the small farmers market in Stockbridge and took a nice stroll along the Water of Leith walkway! The accommodations were very comfortable and nice. The welcoming gifts were appreciated too! We had everything we needed (except soap, shampoo and conditioner.) Communication with Laura was excellent and responsive! Definitely recommend if you want to be close to the Royal Mile without all the noise.

The only problem is you won’t want to leave

Had a lovely stay with my girlfriends over a rainy fall weekend. So cozy laughing by fire in the evening and reading in the window seats in the morning, watching the world go by. Beautifully appointed and we appreciated the fresh flowers, Prosecco, fruit, and snacks.

Beautiful flat in a wonderful neighborhood

This flat was perfect for our stay in Edinburgh! The neighborhood is filled with great shops and restaurants and is near the Botanical Gardens, a highlight of our trip. It was a 20 minute walk or a quick bus ride to the Old City and museums. The flat itself is beautifully furnished and equipped and is quite spacious. I would stay here again with great pleasure.

Great host, charming apartment

Laura was so responsive in our communications before the trip and so nice! Apartment is in quiet, strollable neighborhood located near a beautiful river walk. Good restaurants nearby. Apartment is well stocked with dishware so you can cook as needed. Yay Laura!

Charming home

The house was bright, sunny, clean and very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels linens. Can’t say enough about Stockbridge and how cute the town is. A few minutes walk and there are great shops, coffee houses, restaurants. Great walking paths along the water. Castle and downtown about 30 min walk which we did several days in a row and always glad to come back to charming Stockbridge. Would stay again!

Stunning Living Room Views

Very Cozy and Great Location. Bedrooms were very nice and the windows and views from each room were awesome. We had a small issue with some bad smell from one of the bathrooms but the owner sent someone over and fixed it with some bleach etc. The pots and pans were not functional for cooking but again someone came over and fixed but it was our last night there. The only other thing I would say is that the guest book of information needs updating ... pages falling out. Better instructions for the washer dryer combo for us USA travelers.
