Belle maison de luxe Cottage juste au coin de Pier Village! SSI

Real Escapes Properties est fier d'offrir cette maison de style chalet calme, attrayante et confortable située dans la rue principale Zone Simons Island Village. Construit en 2012, la maison est située dans un quartier privé et haut de gamme.

Le plan d'étage ouvert et attrayant comprend un salon, une salle à manger et une cuisine en entrant. En outre, la cuisine a une belle ßle et des tabourets de bar pour des siÚges supplémentaires. Un téléviseur à écran plat de bonne taille est monté sur le foyer à gaz. La chambre principale comprend un lit king-size, un grand coin salon et une salle de bain avec une douche personnalisée, le tout donnant sur une terrasse au premier niveau. La buanderie et une demi-bain supplémentaire sont également au premier étage.

Le deuxiĂšme Ă©tage a deux chambres supplĂ©mentaires. La premiĂšre a un lit queen et sa propre salle de bain avec une belle douche de plain pied. La deuxiĂšme chambre a Ă©galement un lit queen size et sa propre salle de bain avec une combinaison baignoire / douche. Également situĂ© sur le palier en haut des escaliers, vous trouverez 2 lits jumeaux et un joli coin salon avec causeuse et une grande tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat.

La cour latérale a une belle terrasse et la cour est soigneusement aménagée. Les autres commodités incluent un grill, 3 télévisions et une connexion Wi-Fi à Internet. Cette maison est juste au coin du village principal et de ses nombreuses attractions, y compris la jetée et la plage de marée.

The location could not have been better, in walking distance to everything. The home was perfect for two adults and five children. When the week over no one wanted to leave. Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As listed for no pets allowed, there were signs of a pet in this home right away. The air was not fresh and a lot of dust present behind and under furniture. The master bed mattress was wearing out and in need of replacement. Pillows with dog sayings, a basket of dog chew toys tucked under a table. It was not helpful knowing that it was a home where a dog lives. I have asthma and the smell was obvious to me. The kitchen had worn out pots and pans and the kitchen cabinets could use some decluttering. The day we arrived I was drying my hands in the bathroom and the hand towel rack fell off the wall, so I feel the home could be kept up better.

Beautiful Place to Stay

Overall I can’t say we were very pleased even though it was very nice and well kept in a nice community. The issues we had were with the dog hair in the house. We initially rented the home as being no pets only to find out that the owner has indoor pets. And pet allergies is an issue. My daughter laid down a pair of black pants only to pick them up with a lot of hair on them and when laying on the bed in the sunroom and pillows in the living room even my eyes became itchy and burning and I don’t have allergies but needless to say it affected everyone in the house. Honestly though if you don’t mind the pet hair or don’t have pet allergies then this is a really nice place to stay but just remember no pets allowed only means you can’t bring your pet. Again that’s the only issues we had and I had even mentioned the pet allergies to the host when I found out the owner had indoor pets which was supposed to be relayed to housekeeping.

Beautiful quiet home

We loved our stay! The neighborhood is so charming a quaint, quiet and close to shopping and restaurants. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The only thing we didn’t realize (which wasn’t really a problem) but it being our first time to st. Simons we didn’t realize the beach closest to this house is very small, almost nonexistent at high-tide. We also kind of expected some sort of direction on where/how to access the beach which was never really explained. But we figured it out and rented a golf cart which the kids loved! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

really nice home close to everything

This house was very pretty and in a gorgeous neighborhood. We rented bikes so we were able to get around town easily - even biked to the grocery store and dinner. The beach was a bit of a hike - had to drive there which was a little disappointing. Overall a really great vacation for our family.

Kitchen had every utensil you needed to cook but close enough to walk to all the restaurants. Perfect amount of space to gather but enough nooks to get away for quiet reading too. We rented bikes and it was a quick (and beautiful mossy oak) ride to the beach. I highly recommend this house. Also, rental agency was very professional and responsive. Truly a wonderful experience.
