Bienvenue à Casa de Playa! Cette villa insulaire de 4 chambres / 3 salles de bains magnifiquement décorée et personnalisée a tout ce que vous pourriez demander dans une location de vacances. Offrant 4 chambres, 3 salles de bains, des meubles neufs, des matelas haut de gamme pour un confort de sommeil supplémentaire et de nouveaux draps de haute qualité. La cuisine gastronomique avec coin repas est bien garnie et ouverte sur le salon lumineux et aéré. La caractéristique la plus spéciale de cette maison est l'espace de vie extérieur! Avec plus d'un quart d'acre de cour privée clôturée, c'est une maison parfaite pour les couples, les familles avec enfants et les animaux domestiques. La piscine est le centre de cette retraite paisible! La piscine peut être chauffée moyennant un supplément (30 $ / jour) sur demande. Il y a amplement d'espace pour griller sur le gril à gaz, manger, se divertir ou simplement se détendre. Le foyer au bois extérieur crée un lieu de rassemblement naturel pour l'espace de vie extérieur. Situé à quelques minutes de la plage et du village, cette propriété a tout pour plaire! This is a great house! Perfect for our two family getaway. The location is ideal, we biked everywhere. And the pool was essential in the summer heat. We will visit again!

Great house. Only strike against it is the noise from the airport very nearby. That said, lovely house and we spent most of our time there!

Best Pet Friendly Rental on St Simons Island

If you plan to visit St Simons Island and have furry friends tagging along, this is the spot. Huge fenced in yard with all the privacy you need in a quiet neighborhood walking distance from all the great restaurants on the island. We hope to visit again soon.
