This villa is with a heated pool. The pool heating system raises the
temperature approximately 3c to 5c warmer than a pool that is not
heated. The pool heating will be free of charge for the period of 01/11
till 30/04, for the other period it will be on request for an extra fee
of 25 euros per day. Please contact Agni Travel 48 hours before your
arrival.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EUR per person is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or prior to arrival.
Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Wonderful location within walking distance of the marina with restaurants and supermarket just 2 minute walk away. Villa is very spacious with a good size pool.

A fabulous villa with all the require amenities and kept very clean and tidy with regular sheet/towel changes. The pool was superb and very private, clean and well filtered. The new supermarket is almost next door, well stocked and competitively priced. I cannot praise this villa and location well enough.

What we most liked about the villa, is the simple furniture but very comfortable at the same time. The villa was spotlessly clean and you had everything you needed in the villa. The proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants made the experience even better.

The villa is spacious and clean.

The villa is spacious and clean. We loved to drink wine at the swimming pool in the afternoons. It is very easy to find because we received detailed instructions on how to get there.

Villa Diama is nice and in a good location.We experienced problems with the Air conditioning in both of the single bed bedrooms which was reported to the managing agent Agni travel and we were basically fobbed off with reasons stating that the sub villa management was responsible for the AC, from which nobody visited to rectify or even assess.Ended up having to put mattesses in living room for the duration to enable a decent night sleep in a room with working A/C. Didn't let it ruin our stay, however management by Agni travel was poor... shame!

Unfortunately upon arrival we noticed that the sunbeds were heavily soiled and needed replacing as the material was very old and weak. Also the tables and chairs on the balcony were in the same state of repair with the material badly ripped. On many of the chairs except one which had recently been replaced the main bathroom door was in need of repair as my daughter got locked in the bathroom and also the fridge door handle have been broken and have been tried to be repaired in the past as it had been glued and also one of the shelves in the fridge was broken and had been tried to be repaired by tape. Also the rubber seal around the fridge and freezer was all split and was very dirty. A property of this price should’ve just had all these items renewed. Also we never had the property manager arrive to take copies of everybody’s passport as this is a legal requirement on the island as we kept messaging the agent about these issues and just got a standard email as a reply eventually a maintenance man turned up and did nothing to try and resolve the fridge door handle and also the bathroom door and said it was in a satisfactory condition Also the oven was poorly maintained as the knobs fell off and when we turn the oven on there was a smell of burnt and Greece throughout the kitchen. Also, the pool liner was splitting at the top and coming away from the existing Poole sides, but I must say the Poole maintenance team did maintain the quality of water to a good standard.

This villa was grotty and dingy and totally over priced for what you get. It is full of secondhand, miss-matched damaged furniture, stained and missing handles off cupboards, no plugs in the sinks, curtains hanging off the rails, poor and totally inadequate lighting. Dirty seating throughout the property, blood stains on the pillow that had no pillow protectors on, splatted bugs on the walls, no lighting outside that was working. No welcome pack upon arrival not even water and actually nothing in the cupboards so be prepared to buy everything you need like salt pepper etc. The view is appalling, they definitely don't show you that angle on the adverts, outdoor furniture cheap and uncomfortable and sparse. The pool is set on the west side of the property so in the shade all morning. This place was so bad, we moved out the following day and had to pay for another villa, thank goodness we could afford to do this as I think we would have just packed up and gone back home rather than stay there. I would never recommend this villa to anyone, don't waste your money, you will only be disappointed. There are plenty of beautiful villas in Puerto Calero, Villa (or Casa) Diama is not one of them.
