Notre maison est située dans une communauté calme et relaxante au bord du lac. Regardez le cerf du porche ou un lever du soleil comme aucun autre du quai. Poisson et nage toute la journée puis passez un feu de joie près du lac! Prenez le déjeuner ou le dîner sur le parvis ou le solarium. Si vous cherchez une retraite paisible avec plaisir au soleil, c'est l'endroit pour vous.

Si vous souhaitez associer un football universitaire aux activités du lac, vous avez de la chance ... Clemson est à 45 minutes et l'Université de Géorgie est à 1 heure.

Capacité d'accueil 8 avec 4 chambres et 2. 5 salles de bains. Le maître a un lit king et un grand bain avec douche séparée et baignoire d'air avec un balcon donnant sur le lac. Les 3 autres chambres disposent de lits queen. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit à une seule taille.

Doux promenade à l'eau. Apportez votre propre bateau ou louez un à proximité. L'utilisation de notre escale simple, quai couvert sur une crique tranquille juste à côté de la chaîne principale, est incluse dans la location de propriétés. Tugaloo State Park dispose de plusieurs rampes pour bateaux et se trouve à seulement 1 mile de distance. Le parc d'état offre également des sentiers de randonnée, du putt-putt et du tennis.

Des épiceries locales et des magasins à proximité. Greenville, SC est à 45 minutes et Tanger Outlet à Commerce, GA est à 30 minutes.

Il y a beaucoup de place pour garer plusieurs voitures dans le lecteur plus un grand espace pour garer une remorque de bateau.

Superb in every way!

This is a beautiful home on the lake. All of the furniture is very comfy and the decor is top notch! One of the best properties I have ever found on VRBO. Supplies were plentiful, very peaceful location, and the outdoor fireplace and living space was spectacular! We had a wonderful time and will be returning as often as possible! Highly recommended!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lakefront home. It was beautifully furnished with plenty of room and everything you need for a relaxing visit. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed to prepare your meals. Sitting on the porch was so relaxing and you will definitely see lots of deer wandering the grounds in the morning and evening. The location on Lake Hartwell is great. It is just down the road from Tugaloo State Park and within an hours drive of lots of great wineries and hikes in the north GA mountains. The host is very responsive and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this vacation rental!

I had high expectations for this rental having grown up on the other side of this lake and it met every expectation with flying colors and beyond. House is fantastic and lakefront/dock couldn't be better! Definitely a 5star property. Can't wait to come back!

We highly recommend staying here! Very roomy and kid friendly. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Beds are comfy. Got to see lots of deer everyday which was awesome! We enjoyed fishing and swimming off dock! We took our own boat so got to do some tubing and site seeing. We will be going back next year. Only thing I would suggest is two trash bins. Other than that it is awesome!!!!

Favorite Spot on Lake Hartwell!

This was our second stay at this property and live every part of it. House has been improved with even more living space and updated upper and lower decks for great outdoor living. House is spacious, modern, clean, and very inviting! I he dock is a great place to hang out with ample seating and great water to swim/float your day away. Will definitely be coming back for more summer time fun! Thanks for the great stay!

I don’t even know where to begin. This property is beautiful and just and pictured. The dock ladder was so convenient. Communication with the host was simple and answered promptly. I’d love to be there now!!!!!!!!

Fantastic home away from home!!

We spent 4 days and 3 nights here for an expo in Greenville and it was wonderful! The house is beautiful and roomy. The master bathroom is heavenly ❤❤ The deer passed through daily. We're from the country anyways so we see deer often but we got up early the first morning and was standing on the boat dock and the deer came walking down between us and the house and walked down by the lake so that was pretty cool. I could've sat on the swing on the boat dock for hours; it's a peaceful relaxing feeling like no other... We all truly enjoyed our stay here and I hate that it's over so soon!!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time here. The house is perfectly decorated, the beds were so comfortable. Watching the deer every morning on the screen porch over coffee was fabulous!! We caught a good bit of catfish and cooked them while we were there. I am ready to come and stay again!

Amazing and peaceful property!

This served as our family’s summer vacation spot this year and beat all our expectations! The property is even better in person, spacious, and well kept! We spent the week taking advantage of the dock and enjoying the sunshine. The kitchen is huge and accommodated our family of 8 perfectly. Perfect location

This is a FANTASTIC place if you have a family with little ones. So much room, inside and outside play area for the kids, infant equipped, a ton of room to gather in the kitchen. A great place and enough room for 2 families to share. We had a blast.

Summer mid week lake stay

This is great property, exactly as advertised. Perfect for our blended family of three generations (one grand, two adults, four teens). Only about 10 minutes on water to the marina to rent boat there, or about 5 minutes from the nearby State Park that also has boat put in. Interior and exterior spaces were great and supported all of our eating/gaming/ relaxing activities. Nice swim off the dock and fantastic to float on some rafts as the dock is in a cove (not much boat traffic at all). Gas grill worked great. Dishwasher was broken but I think has since been replaced. We didn't mind. Communication was great. Overall peaceful and fun. We will stay again!!

Kid Friendly Location

A wonderful kid friendly property with a lot to do! Choose between the beach or the dock for lake fun and the playground or vast lawn for kid fun. Such a wonderful space.

Absolutely beautiful!

The home was perfect and the lake is amazing. It's in a quiet cove and the water is about 8 ft deep at the dock. It's perfect for swimming, paddleboarding or kayaking. The home was perfect for our group. All the beds were comfy, the kitchen was very nice and had everything that we needed, and the bathrooms were very nice, especially the upstairs one. We all spent a ton of time on the screen porch too. We'll be coming back!

So much fun! The pictures do NOT give this house justice. It’s so beautiful and spacious. The kids loved all the room outside they had to play and all the fun on the lake.

The rental property was clean and had everything we needed. What more could you ask for!! The view was excellent from the screened-in porch and from the dock.
