Welcome to Pebble Cottage - Right at the heart of The Bay Filey Holiday Village (see below for more information).

Refurbished to a high standard by the new owners in 2024, this is a lovely pet free cottage and ideal for families.

Enter into the hallway with access to the downstairs cloak / WC. Walk through into the large open plan lounge. dining room and fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, washer/dryer etc.

Upstairs the property comprises of 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with a NEW large family bathroom complete with bath and overhead shower,

Off the lounge area are french doors opening onto a private furnished patio, surrounded by large, shared garden and landscaped grounds.

We leave a few games for our guests to use. This warm and cosy house is ideal for breaks all year round.

Please note - infants are welcome but we do not provide a travel cot or high chair in this property.

Brilliant short break

Pebble Cottage was far more than we expected. The cottage was in an exceptional condition and the welcome gifts were very much appreciated. I cannot fault the customer service at Anchor Bay Holidays. There was a minor fault with the Wifi system which was sorted within fifteen minutes of me contacting the 24/7 helpline. I would definitely recommend this company and this part cottage to my friends.

Pebble Cottage was extremely comfortable , Clean and warm and had a well equipped kitchen Excellent location for exploring the beautiful Yorkshire East coast and countryside

Lovely cottage

Really well presented cottage spotlessly clean and really comfortable the owners have gone to a lot of trouble and the welcome pack was generous and much appreciated- the only thing this cottage lacked was a freeze compartment in the fridge - otherwise pretty perfect

Clean roomy cottage

Clean property with of plenty room, excellent facilities. Had requested a high chair and cot on our order which were not there on arrival, had to chase these up, both items delivered within an hour. Generous welcome pack much appreciated. The Bay a convenient place to stay when visiting the coast, walked into Filey on the beach and caught the bus back.

Short 4 day break in pebble cottage filey Such a lovely cottage, poor mattresses =bad sleep for all

This is a lovely cottage , but, unfortunately we didn't sleep well at all. The beds were so uncomfortable. The worst mattress we have ever slept on Rock hard. Double bed and single beds too. We all didn't sleep well, which is a real shame and it spoiled our stay. Sofas are nice but way too low down on the floor struggled getting up off it . This reflects in 1 star for comfort . No sleep and an uncomfortable sofa let's this lovely cottage down .

Home from Home experience

Pebble Cottage is a beautiful, welcoming home-from-home experience in a lovely location. The well-equipped kitchen with high quality appliances and everything you need to enjoy your holiday at the Bay. The beds are extremely comfortable, the bathroom is high quality. The whole house is beautifully decorated; it is a credit to the owners James and Nic, thank you for the welcome gifts. We look forward to visiting your lovely home from home again.
