Luna Azul - a beach house that sleeps 8 guests in 3 bedrooms

Luna Azul is ideally located for the village centre, playground and beach. Fully-refurbished in 2021 to an excellent standard.

Enter through the side door into the open plan living space with well-equipped kitchen, dining space and lounge area with sofas, TV and log burning stove. Down the hallway are 3 bedrooms all with their own ensuite shower or bathroom.

At the front is a large deck with seating. There is also an outside shower (great for your dog, or for when you return from the beach). Off road parking for 2 cars. Large lawned area at the rear, ideal for relaxing in the sun and for children to play safely.

Fabulous stay with the family

This property was perfect for our family holiday. We had my dad who was 85 and we hired a mobility scooter so he was able to get down to the beach. We had dogs and teenagers so location was perfect with the pool and gym on site. All creature comforts making it easy to eat in or go out for dinner. Would highly recommend and hope to be back soon.

Nice Spacious Cabin

Spacious and nicely decorated cabin with pretty much everything you could want for a short break. Bathrooms well appointed and modern and kitchen well equipped. Condition of outside deck will need looking at soon as well as some of the deck furniture but that aside a good place to stay. Very satisfied

4th stay

This was our 4th year staying in Luna Azul and once again we had a great time. Communication from Paula is always very good. The house has lots of home from home touches, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Filey Bay Direct.

Wonderful stay

Filey Bay Direct is a wonderful company offering great customer service and quick resolution to any problem. We stayed in the Luna Azul and had a wonderful time. Wonderful stay!

Family getaway

We stayed here with family for the weekend. The location was perfect, close to beach for walks with dog, the accommodation was first class very clean warm and inviting with lots of added extras that made our stay fabulous. Highly recommended can't wait to re-book

This was our 3rd visit to Luna Azul. It has everything we need for a home from home at the seaside with our teenagers and our dog. We love the decor, comfort and little touches. We’ll be back!

Family time

As always a great stay. We could see improvements that had been made since our last visit. The only thing I forgot to mention was none of the remote controls worked and all the A+++ batteries in the property were dead, but this made for some entertaining fun with board games instead.

3 day break

Very spacious modern beach house. It was really well equipped and cosy which was great as we had a lot of wet weather, but that didn’t spoil it. It was really great access for the facilities and good for our 2 mini dachshunds. thank you

A wonderful place for a family get-together

We are regular visitors to Filey Bay and this was our second stay at Luna Azul which is perfect for our three-generation family plus our dog. It's fully equipped with everything we need, the beds are comfortable, the furniture and linen are excellent quality and everything was spotlessly clean. We were very lucky with the weather and made use of the outdoor furniture - you can follow the sunshine from the front in the morning to the back in the evening, there are 3 sitting areas. The decking and the grassed area is perfect for taking little ones outside to play and the outdoor shower is handy for washing off the sand after being on the beach. We even managed a swim in the sea as well as in the swimming pool. There are grassed areas to walk dogs near the football pitch and we discovered the new clifftop path which leads to Hunmanby Gap where there's a beach cafe. The on-site shop and pub are very handy and there are some lovely local shops in Hunmanby, a short drive away. I recommend The Hunmanby Pantry Deli for delicious freshly made sandwiches. We ordered a supermarket food delivery which arrived shortly after we checked in and this was very convenient. We have no hesitation in recommending Filey Bay Direct.
