Loved the apartment and the neighborhood. Clean, pretty apartment, w comfortable beds and spare but very functional kitchen. We didn't make it out to the terrace much but in warm weather it would be amazing. The location is ideal - great restaurants and bakeries nearby, close to subway/bus but also close enough to walk a lot of places. 2 things to be aware of: there are stairs, and there is only 1 set of keys. If you are a mobile group that likes to travel in a pack (or doesn't mind waiting in a Cafe) this is the place for you.

The apartment was in a very good area for accessing the metro and grabbing coffee and petit dejeuner. There were many restaurants in the area and places to shop for basic needs. The communication from the management company was excellent! Some of the best I’ve experienced. They gave clear instructions for key pick up and getting into the building. They also checked in a few times to be sure we were doing fine. They answered questions about the property quickly. In addition, the kitchen was perfect for us for cooking light breakfast and the second shower was an added convenience-through the lights in the downstairs shower room would not stay on. The good rating instead of fantastic is because this isn’t the property for everyone. The attic style location caused trouble for those of us that are taller because we kept hitting our heads on the lower parts of the apartment. The outdoor terrace is in direct view of other apartments windows which made for a very public viewing location. That said, it is the perfect spot for those who are planning to be out and about exploring most of your day because the location is convenient.

This is a spacious, clean, and quiet apartment. The beds are comfortable. We appreciated the kitchen, dining table and couch. The apartment is very close to the metro and there are a number of restaurants nearby. However, the entryway smells of pee and there is a dark corridor to go down to get to the door to the place, then another long corridor to get to the stairs. The area, while lively, gets a bit run down as you go north. There is a lot of graffiti on the buildings and many shops are boarded up. We had to pick up the keys from a liquor shop north of the place. And we weren't given the code to give to the cashier until just before we needed to pick up the keys/fob. So, we were a bit nervous about arriving in the city and not having all of the details of the checkin.The flat is an "attic", squeezed into the interior of the apartment, above the inner courtyard. It is surrounded on four sides by the apartment building. It is as if someone filled in the courtyard of a typical Parisian apartment building with a small flat. So, you cannot look out onto the street and it is mostly skylights and windows that look into other people's windows. The patio boards are soft and we didn't want to walk on them.Communication was poor with the company that manages this place. We had problems with the heating system and they didn't get back to us until two days later, when they just sent an email saying that they trusted that we figured it out.

Spotlessly clean, stylish and surprisingly spacious apartment. Really comfortable beds! The apartment had all we needed for 4 nights in Paris. Located just behind the Place de la Republique, close to the Metro, a fantastic boulangerie, a well stocked supermarket and plenty of restaurants and cafes, this was the perfect spot for our family with teenagers. The check-in was fine, needed to contact support to get a code missing from the instructions but they replied quickly and we collected the key nearby to the apartment. The apartment quiet and despite being central so we slept well. The bathroom windows were frosted which as reassuring but note as with many apartments in Paris, only one bathroom has a toilet, an extra shower was helpful though. The terrace was nice but perhaps in need of a little care, still it was a great bonus for central Paris to have outside space. Thank you.

Es handelt sich um eine geräumige, saubere und ruhige Wohnung. Die Betten sind bequem. Küche, Esstisch und Sofa haben uns gut gefallen. Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur U-Bahn und es gibt mehrere Restaurants in der Umgebung. Allerdings riecht der Eingangsbereich nach Urin, und man muss einen dunklen Flur entlanggehen, um zur Wohnungstür zu gelangen, und dann noch einen langen Flur zum Treppenhaus. Die Gegend ist zwar lebendig, wirkt aber nach Norden hin etwas heruntergekommen. Die Gebäude sind stark mit Graffiti beschmiert, und viele Geschäfte sind verbarrikadiert. Wir mussten die Schlüssel in einem Spirituosenladen nördlich der Wohnung abholen. Wir erhielten den Code für die Kasse erst kurz vor der Schlüsselübergabe. Daher waren wir etwas nervös, in der Stadt anzukommen und nicht alle Details zum Check-in zu kennen. Die Wohnung ist ein Dachgeschoss, das sich über dem Innenhof in die Wohnung hineinzwängt. Sie ist von allen vier Seiten vom Wohnhaus umgeben. Es wirkt, als hätte jemand den Innenhof eines typischen Pariser Mietshauses mit einer kleinen Wohnung zugeschüttet. Man kann also nicht auf die Straße schauen, sondern hat hauptsächlich Dachfenster und Fenster, die in die Fenster der Nachbarn blicken. Die Terrassendielen sind weich, und wir wollten nicht darauf laufen. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung war mangelhaft. Wir hatten Probleme mit der Heizung und erhielten erst zwei Tage später eine Antwort per E-Mail, in der stand, dass man darauf vertraue, dass wir das Problem lösen könnten.

Die Wohnung war wunderbar. Komfortabel, sauber und in fantastischer Lage. Ich würde definitiv wieder dort übernachten. Der Check-in war allerdings ein Albtraum. Wir hatten den falschen Code erhalten und verbrachten 40 unangenehme Minuten mit unserem gesamten Gepäck in dem winzigen Easy Goo-Laden, um unsere Schlüssel zu bekommen. Falls Sie hier übernachten (was ich wärmstens empfehlen kann), stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie den korrekten 6-stelligen Code vorher haben!
