Nestled in the beautiful Pollensa countryside, Villa Malec is a traditional Majorcan country house with stunning views of the mountains. Ideally placed between the old town charm of Pollensa and the stunning beaches of Puerto Pollensa, both are just a 10 minute drive away. An attractive lawned garden with fruit trees and an inviting pool awaits, with a generous covered terrace and comfortable sofas to relax on and admire the picturesque countryside. Along with a BBQ and outdoor dining, this makes a great spot for alfresco meals or sipping on a sundowner. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

Villa Malec is surrounded by the spectacular Tramuntana mountains and stunning countryside of Pollensa. Located just 10 minutes' drive from the villa are the charming, cobbled streets and attractive squares of Old Town Pollensa. Here, you can find weekly markets, local restaurants and authentic tapas bars. You are spoilt for choice between culture and coastline as it's just a 10 minute drive in the opposite direction to the stunning crescent bay of Puerto Pollensa. You can promenade along the famous pine walk, soak up the Mediterranean sun on the golden beaches, or treat yourself to the catch of the day at the seafront eateries on offer.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.

In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.
