The host didn’t communicate at all! The experience in general was not great help either! We were under the impression that we booked with agency but customer service said the host used a 3rd party vendor! Will never use again! Not willing to stay in a property with bad reviews for my first stay!

The most disgusting room I have ever booked, we had to find other accommodations
Absolutely nothing. Health hazard. I have photos of videos that show filth everywhere in the room. There were white stains all over all pillows, bedding, blankets and couch, mud on the sleeping couch, filthy bathroom with marks on the toilet and severe stains in the shower, wet floor when we arrived, almost slipped and fell. Dirty cutlery, trash everywhere in the hallway and outside the hotel. Tried to get a refund but have not received any answers.
