Notre maison offre 5 chambres à coucher, 3 salles de bain complÚtes, une cuisine et une salle à manger spacieuses, une laveuse et une sécheuse, une salle familiale avec TV, WIFI, barbecue au gaz extérieur, piscine, espace salon, zone sablonneuse avec foyer et hamac sous les arbres.

CrĂ©ez des souvenirs impĂ©rissables dans notre maison de cap entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ©e.  Notre maison est parfaitement situĂ©e pour profiter du soleil toute la journĂ©e. Profitez d'une piscine creusĂ©e privĂ©e, faites une partie de fers Ă  cheval dans la zone de sable ou dĂ©tendez-vous simplement Ă  l'ombre en vous balançant dans la douce brise du hamac. Profitez des promenades matinales autour du complexe Ă  deux pas de l’eau qui ouvre sur Great Bay, une ville peuplĂ©e de cygnes et accessible pour dĂ©poser votre kayak ou paddle board ou la plage privĂ©e de votre quartier pour profiter du magnifique paysage et de la vie privĂ©e. 
 
Faites un court trajet en vĂ©lo jusqu'Ă  la plage sur les hauteurs pour une belle journĂ©e de soleil et de natation, volez des ailes au parc, faites une pause et traversez la rue en direction de la cĂ©lĂšbre British Beer Company pour le dĂ©jeuner et une boisson froide. Notre maison est idĂ©alement situĂ©e pour s'aventurer sur la Shining Sea Bikeway, le centre-ville de Falmouth, la Steamship Authority, l'Island Queen’s Ferry et Woods Hole. Le phare de Nobska Point Ă  Woods Hole (un village de Falmouth) offre une vue panoramique sur Vineyard Sound, les Ăźles Elizabeth et Martha's Vineyard. Le "logement du gardien" abrite le commandant du secteur sud-est de la Garde cĂŽtiĂšre de la Nouvelle-Angleterre. Les familles sont invitĂ©es Ă  explorer le terrain toute l'annĂ©e. Les visites Ă  l'intĂ©rieur du phare sont dirigĂ©es par la Garde cĂŽtiĂšre auxiliaire de Woods Hole.
 
Cinq minutes en voiture vous mĂšneront Ă  de nombreux restaurants et magasins merveilleux ou tout simplement faire une belle promenade en centre-ville. Il y a toujours quelquechose Ă  faire!
Le port de Falmouth est Ă  3 minutes en voiture ou Ă  quelques minutes en vĂ©lo, oĂč vous pouvez embarquer Ă  bord du Island Queen et visiter le magnifique vignoble de Martha's Vineyard pour la journĂ©e. Le ferry circule toutes les 45 minutes de 9h Ă  20h45.  Lorsque vous revenez du vignoble, revenez vous asseoir au coin du feu, partagez de belles histoires et baignez-vous confortablement avant de vous coucher.

Very spacious, clean and clean home with a well stocked kitchen. The pool and backyard were the high light for my family. We had a small issue and the owner responded very promptly. I would highly recommend this home to other vacationers.

Family Vacation

We had a terrific family vacation staying here. House is in good location that gives you easy access to everything in Falmouth. The backyard is as advertised with a very nice pool, cabana and sandy area. The listing was accurate in terms of living space perspective, but there were a few spots where the renovations were not quite complete. Nothing that should prevent you from staying at this property if you love spending time outside with family and friends in great location in Falmouth. Owner was responsive and easy to communicate with.

Excellent vacation

The home had lots of space and was very clean. The backyard was amazing! We all enjoyed the back deck and grilling. Also the pool, fire pit, and new patio outback. Also the owner Jim got back to me in a timely manner if I had any questions. Also close to the beach. I would recommend this home to anyone.

We had a wonderful family vacation! Having the pool was perfect to just hang and enjoy each other's company. The house is well equipped in kitchen, towels and toiletry supplies. There was a very big ant issue we struggled to keep up with them. I would clean them up and they would be back in minutes. We were not able to to leave any appetizers out to snack on or they would be covered. We purchased ant traps which helped significantly. We were also asked to leave the home as clean as we found out. That the cleaner will only be changing the linens. I would prefer to know in advance if I will be required to perform a full cleaning of a home of that size. It does take time away from your vacation. The house is large with 3 full baths so we spent our last morning cleaning showers, floors, vacuuming all the rugs upstairs and down. We did all the laundry of towels. The neighborhood is beautiful walked daily to a little private beach. Very close to Wood's Hole and shopping which was fabulous. Also required to refill propane tank which was empty on our first attempt to grill. All in all we had a wonderful family vacation, treasured memories were made in this home.

Beautiful and convenient location in Teaticket

The house is cozy for 4 adults and 2 teenagers, luckily there's lots of outdoor space; the yard and pool area are great! The kitchen has a lot of nice appliances but could use a few more basic items like a hand mixer, skillets--and a knife sharpener! Owner does not provide towels or linens, which we didn't find out until the day before when we were already at the airport. He arranged to have them provided for us, which we greatly appreciated but future renters should confirm this situation ahead of time! Also, would have been great to have some beach chairs--we typically have found these provided in other houses that market themselves as near the beach.

Great pool/backyard

Jim was responsive as we set up the reservation. House is spacious. Window air cons in the rooms worked well. Backyard is huge and the real highlight of the place.

Fantastic Vacation

We enjoyed our week at this house very much. Close to shopping for anything you might need. Ferry to Martha's Vineyard nearby. Owners quick to respond to our questions. Pool was wonderful, everything was so clean and inviting. There were 8 of us and plenty of rooms for sleeping for everyone. Was such a relaxing stay we will be back again. So happy we found this house.

Wonderful family vacation!

The home was plenty big enough for our large family. The back yard was like an oasis with the pool, fire pit, gazebo, and deck!! We didn't feel the need to go anywhere, just being there was a relaxing vacation!! Jim, the owner was readily available and accommodating!! Hope to return next summer!

Nice, quiet neighborhood home

Lovely home in nice, quiet neighborhood. Sky lights made sleeping difficult, as the sun rises early and made the rooms very bright with no window covers. Nicely appointed home and kitchen. Backyard area nice, though we found lots of broken glass in sand area near hammock. Owner very nice. Pool slide clearly for kids, not adults.

Great house with an amazing backyard

First time ever renting a house and so happy we did. This house had plenty of room and was very clean. Kitchen and bathrooms looked recently updated. The backyard with the pool was amazing. There was a large deck with grill and dining area with umbrella, fire pit area and shaded cabana seating area by the pool. Beds were comfortable and rooms were air conditioned. The house is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood where the kids were able to play and ride their bikes. Owners were very responsive when we had questions. Looking forward to returning next year.

Great location, some issues

Our family stayed with my sister-in-law's family and mother-in law, a total of 5 adults and 4 children. The space worked great for us. The kitchen was adequately equipped to do meals so we were able to eat in as needed. Location is great with quick access to a lot of the area beaches etc. but away from the traffic. Neighborhood was quiet and we felt comfortable with the kids (all under 10) being out and about. It was great having a pool right in the back yard. Kids used it almost daily. We did have some issues with the pool cleanliness. The floor was quite dirty with debris and dirt/sand upon arrival and the mid-week pool service did not vacuum and spilled chemicals on the pool deck which we had to clean ourselves. Additionally, the pool became quite cloudy after some use to the point where you could no longer even see the bottom. The pool pumps did not run during the day and the owner responded that the pump was on a timer for safety reasons which I didn't understand, and never responded regarding the debris. The diving board was removed at some point and the backyard was re-landscaped compared to what is in the property pictures (as of 7/2019). The two upstairs, front bedrooms tended to get quite hot during the day due to the sun (upper 70s/low 80s outdoors) and no air conditioner being available. One of them only had a skylight window which did not lend itself to much circulation. Finally, almost all the trash and recycling bins were full and the grill was left filthy by a previous tenant to the point we refused to use it. We notified the owner that the propane was not full because, in the rules posted in the house, the renter is expected to fill the tank at the end of their stay and we did not want to be responsible for the previous tenant. After departure, the owner still tried to claim against our damage deposit for the propane and trash. It would be helpful for such rules to be disclosed before-hand. I recommend documenting the state of the house upon arrival/departure in case issues such as this arise. Enjoyed the stay, but would not return to this particular property.

Great vacation at a great property!

I stayed here with my parent and my wife and young children for a week and it was the best vacation i've had since I had children. The inside is nicely decorated and they provide everything you need for the kitchen. We had such a nice week of weather so we spent all of our time outdoors in the pool or at the local beaches. The backyard is amazing and even nicer than the pictures show. The cabana provided some much needed shade for a week in the 90's. My kids did not get out of the pool all week, which means I didn't either. I would love to come back here next year. Thank you Jim!!

The Perfect Cape Experience!

My family had a great time staying at this house during the July 4th week. The appliances seem brand new, the rooms are perfect and there is plenty of room to host! The outside is perfect for kids between the pool and the fire pit. It is within walking distance of a private beach and there is plenty to do in the Falmouth area. I would rent again in a heartbeat.
