Commencez votre journée en sirotant une tasse de café dans la salle à manger en plein air sur la terrasse et observez les daims, les castors et les renards qui errent occasionnellement dans la propriété. Beautiful mid century home!

We were in town for a family wedding. The location of the house was great! Bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were all fantastic. I wish the living room furniture more comfortable and conducive for visiting. All in all a great place to stay! We would definitely stay here again!

As nice as the pictures

Nice, well maintained, well decorated house in a great location within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. Worked well for our big group to be near family over the holidays. Plenty of room for everyone working from home. Communication with the host was easy. Only thing of note is that the driveway is quite steep and backing out at night was a little intimidating at first.

The access code I was given was incorrect. I had to contact customer service to help after waiting for more than 40 min trying to get in. The host never responded to messages.

Would book a different property

Air conditioner didn’t work for two nights. No one slept due to humidity in house. Guests left after two nights due to it being hot in house and uncomfortable beds. No ironing board, no hair dryer although stated in amenities. We were short on towels and wash cloths only to find them in the dryer the last night. Property manager not super helpful. Claimed it was an elderly couple that owned the house. Not sure what that had to do with it??? Driveway is treacherous and backyard needs serious work. Couldn’t enjoy sitting out there. Overall….I would not recommend staying here!!!

mid century newtown square

The house was adequate for our group and provided plenty of space for the family. We chose the house because of its proximity to the venue for a family wedding. The property manager was responsive to my several texts regarding issues with the property. Unfortunately I found the house in disarray with furniture piled on top of tables and beds because the rugs were cleaned. Additionally there was trash in the bathrooms on the floor, dirty kleenex on the vanities, and a half eaten piece of pizza in the bathroom! That said, the property manager refunded my cleaning fee. I rearranged the furniture and cleaned before the rest of my family arrived. The hot water is inadequate for a group. Again, the property manager responded promptly and told me that the hot water is on a remote sensor, she would turn it on, and we should give it 30 minutes. Not a good solution when four showers need to be taken before a wedding. The house was stocked with needed items. The lighting is weird and there were no outside lights making it a bit creepy when coming home at night. The house is in a neighborhood on a large lot and abuts a small industrial park. Future tenants should be aware that the driveway is quite steep and the only way to exit the driveway is to back down and onto the street. I found it challenging to maneuver and took ubers which were readily available. The furnishings are ok and adequate (IKEA type). The TV's were very nice and had good options for movies. Mixed bag

Great location!

Good rental. Open floor plan. Well equipped kitchen.. The back yard could use some sprucing up and a newer outside dining area would be great. House stayed Very cool during very hots days. Across from a park with a pond. Very close to dining and shopping.

Winding Way

I reserved the house so that my children and I could all stay together for a family wedding nearby. It was great with lots of good shopping and food nearby. Very comfortable bedrooms with plenty of space for all of us.

Perfect House for Brandywine Horse Show and JHF

House was absolutely perfect for our 9 days - two horse shows in Devon. Great location to horse show, grocery store and restaurants. House was clean, spacious and bedrooms and bathrooms gave us all plenty of room (two teens and three adults). The kitchen and living area was roomy with plenty of space to hang out. Beautiful home

My friends and I wanted a nice gateway from the Poconos and wow the owner was so helpful and quick to respond to any concerns to ensure me and my friends were good. Highly recommended. Full kitchen appliances, nice size rooms, lounge areas are awesome and the master bathroom was amazing.

The house is beautifully decorated and very welcoming. The check-in and check out process was very seamless and straight forward. The house accommodates 4 couples (or a variation of 2 per room) comfortably. I would definitely recommend this space to small groups.

The perfect home away from home!

This property was the perfect place we could spend time with our loved ones. Trust me when I say the property is a lot larger than what the pictures give off. So clean, BEAUTIFUL kitchen, tons of beds, and a back yard flat enough you could set up for some back yard games! Not to mention you're very close to some nice restaurants plus Whole Foods. 10/10 property, definitely would rent again!

Bridesmaids Getting Ready

I got married on February 1st in Media, so the bridesmaids and I let at Thelma’s place on January 31st and used the house to get ready at on the morning of the wedding. Thelma was extremely flexible and responsive throughout the process. Her house was extremely clean and so modern and updated - perfect for some getting ready pictures! The house had plenty of space for all the bridesmaids + mothers + hair and makeup artists + photographer and videographer. I highly recommend this place!

Great stay

The house is in a great location. The setup of the whole house is very nice and the mezzanine floors look great. Whole foods down the road and a tonne of other places around. There is a park right in front of the property too. The owner allowed us a late check out. And finally my cousin left his luggage and they mailed it to us.
