Zoe that is very unfortunate that you would write such a negative review after I personally as the host came to and showed you that I was alerted that you would possibly try to have a party. I allowed the stay even though other local hosts denied you for your past actions. You were definitely not stalked you tried to manipulate the rules and system of VRBO and you were actually scolded by your own boyfriend for you have done this in the past and he admitted you booked for him to exceed the maximum allowable guests with the intent to have a party. You still broke several rules smoking on the premises weed and cigarettes, quiet hours you had different guests running in and out of the unit until 4am. There were several other things but me being a solid premiere/ super host gave you the benefit of the doubt and allowed your stay instead of evicting you and you still had the audacity to lie, slander and attempt to persuade future guests to think I'm a stalker or a bad host.. SMH.. Never Again!!!

We just wrapped up our four-night stay in Philadelphia at Mr. Whip’s Place. The apartment was as clean, comfy, and fun as we hoped it would be. I highly recommend this place for families with teens. There is so much to do! My husband said the only downside was that he couldn’t cash in on the Wheel of Fortune winnings. Thank you for your hospitality.

Had an amazing time. I was pleasantly surprised at how much there was to do in house. The kitchen was clean, the bathrooms were clean, everything was neat and tidy. It was a quick 10-15 minute walk to downtown Fishtown. Check-in was extremely quick and easy.
