The property was incredible. Great location in a lovely village. Lots of bedrooms and space for our large family. There were many toys and games on the property. Communication pre-stay was excellent. The property was good value for the cost for our group!

Very easy check in and a responsive, helpful host. We really enjoyed our stay in this fabulous villa and the views were fantastic. The villa is well equipped with everything we could possibly need.

We had an excellent week at the villa on a family holiday.The villa was in a great location in easy reach of the town centre. The views were fantastic, particularly from the roof terrace.It was very comfortable and very well equipped.Communication with Carl was excellent both before and during the trip. We had a slight issue with one of the air con units which was sorted in 24 hours. A new dishwasher was also fitted on the day we arrived.Would definitely consider using the villa again.

We spent 21 days in this magnificent villa. The spacious interior, the three beautiful terraces, two of which offer exceptional ocean views, and the tranquility of the neighborhood in the sought-after Praia da Luz area, will make you love your stay. We were six of us plus a nine-month-old baby, and we were incredibly comfortable. You'll love cooking in the superb kitchen. Carl was an extraordinary host, guiding and reassuring us throughout the entire process: from booking to arrival, and answering all our questions during our stay.

What can I say? We absolutely loved our stay! The photos simply don't do this villa justice.We were a family of seven and there was so much space that we never felt on top of each other. The rooms were larger and brighter than expected, and the villa had such a warm, homely feel that we all relaxed from the moment we arrived.Everything had been thought of. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, with everything we needed, and the outdoor space was fantastic. There were always sunny and shaded spots around the pool, and the rooftop terrace was the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful views.The location was ideal too – just a 10-minute walk to the beach, bars and restaurants, with two supermarkets nearby. Ubers were also quick, reliable and very inexpensive.A special thank you to Carl, who was fantastic throughout. His communication was excellent from the moment we booked, and he was always friendly, helpful and quick to answer any questions, making the whole experience completely stress-free.This villa played a huge part in making our holiday so special, and we've made some wonderful family memories here. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, spacious villa in a great location.

Very clean, comfortable property. Bedrooms were well laid out with plenty of bedding and towels. Kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of seating for all of us both inside and out. Would definitely return and recommend to others.
