We are proud to present Lux Penthouse, a three bedroom two-bathroom penthouse apartment, located in the gated complex of Valentino Golf III, in Villamartin, Orihuela Costa. This is a newly built apartment with large windows, modern yet comfortable furnishings, Youâll have a home-from-home experience in this property. Valentino Golf III is a complex that offers a communal swimming pool with an adjoining childrenâs pool, outdoor workout area as well as a childrenâs play area all safely within the gated community . The property is in an ideal location, just a short walk (15 minutes) , from the well-known Villamartin Plaza, which hosts several bars and restaurants that offer live entertainment..For stays of 10 nights or less, it is considered a Tourist Property - Tourism Contract. The property has 3 bedrooms, all offer plenty of built-in wardrobe space. The master bedroom has a King-sized bed and an ensuite toilet, sink, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom also boasts a king-sized bed. The third bedroom has twin single beds. The family bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink with a vanity unit.
The living and dining area has been planned out beautifully, itâs an open plan area with a comfortable sofa, modern TV unit, and dining table with six chairs. There is a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, with an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, etc.
This property has hot and cold air-conditioning throughout the entire property, from the main living area there are multiple sliding doors leading you out onto the balcony. The balcony has an outdoor modular sofa with a dining table, perfect for al fresco dinners
