Have stayed here many times, Annette is a lovely host and the villa is spotless, could hear a pin drop at night and the pool is amazing, plenty of board games etc for those nights you just want to chill

Villa Teranne really is as described a 'home from home'. We've holidayed in the Villamartín area for many years, in many villas, this villa is the best we've had the pleasure to visit. The villa is spotlessly clean in all areas, has a modern spacious kitchen with a very comfortable lounge with all required amenities throughout the villa available. Everything needed for our stay was provided. The pool and patio areas are amazing spaces with ample seating available in all. The sun bed cushions are such an excellent touch!The location of the villa is perfectly situated close to Villamartin Plaza, La Fuentes and La Zenia (to mention a few) for all bar and restaurant options and also the local beaches. The host of the villa, Annette, was very communicative throughout the booking process and although we never required any assistance during our stay, she was easily contactable if needed. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough, loved our stay so much we've booked for next year already. Cannot wait!We had an amazing holiday and stay at Villa Teranne which was everything I expected and hoped for and more, thank you, Annette.

I would agree a car is worth considering inorder to get around to the beach's from the airport etc. and visit local tourist attractions. However some people choose not to hire a car and stay local and enjoy the peace and quiet and have a more relaxing stay. There are plenty of Shopsresturants and bars are within walking distance

Lovely family villa

Was a lovely family villa in a nice location central to beaches golf courses and other urbanizations. There are plenty amenities within the villa which gave a more of a home feel than a rental property. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely property with plenty of space in a great location

We had a lovely weeks stay in this great property. Its very spacious with a really nice size pool and garden and plenty of places to sit whether in the sun or shade. All the things you could want in the kitchen are there, TV and WiFi was good and nice comfy beds.

Fantastic villa

Loved our stay, the villa was superb. Such a homely place with everything you could need. Also the garden/pool area was ideal for us, we made full use of this area which is so tranquill. The location is just a short drive to some great beaches and walking distance to shops, bars and restuarants. Would thoroughly recommend this villa and we shall definately be returning.

Fantastic holiday!

What an amazing holiday! The villa is stunning inside and outside. It has everything you need, especially in the kitchen. So clean and spacious. We didnt have a car so our airport transfers were arranged there and back. The pool area was our favourite place to be, just perfect. Thanks so much and hope to book again some day.

We had a love stay at Annettes villa. It was within walking distance to many Bars,restaurant's and supermarkets and about 25 minute walk to Villamartin plaza. The villa itself had everything that you could need, a well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge area with a lovely corner sofa to relax. Overall a great holiday

Great villa with wonderful outdoor area

Villa is just as described. Outdoor area is really great with a wonderful pool and the whole neighborhood is a very calm area. Walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Still I would recommend to have a car to easily reach beaches and other area of interest.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing holiday. The villa had everything we needed and was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and made for a very enjoyable and stress-free stay. We really couldn’t fault it.The owner was also excellent to deal with throughout. Responses to our queries were always very quick. We did have one small issue when the person who was due to provide our airport transfer let us know, with only a few days’ notice, that they could no longer do it because of car trouble. We contacted the owner, who sorted out an alternative almost immediately. The replacement transfers both to and from the airport were seamless, and the situation was handled quickly and professionally.Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We’d have no hesitation in recommending this villa to others and would be very happy to stay here again in the future.

Fantastic property, lovely outside space.

Very good communication with the property manager, made the process very stress free. Always available if required. Villa is a lovely place to stay, has everything you would require for a break. The outside area is especially nice, lovely for lazy days around the pool and dining outside. Communal pool is also lovely of you have small children.

Perfect family holiday !

We are a family of 6 , and wanted somewhere with a bit of space , our own pool and close to amenities . Annette's lovely villa ticked all our boxes and she always responded quickly to any questions we had . Lovely villa , like home from home , comfy beds , good air con in the bedrooms , lovely pool and there is a communal pool we used just across the road . Great wifi , secure location and no more than 10min drive to beaches / shops etc , would recommend a hire car . Overall we had a perfect stay , 5 * from us ! Thanks

Holiday with friends in Los Dolses

This is a lovely villa in a surprisingly quiet urbanisation. It is the exact layout for our needs. We enjoyed our stay very much and visited many different areas, even the Mar Menor, using our hire car. There were a few issues with the TV and the upstairs bedroom door handle but Annette was very responsive.

We had a wonderful stay at this property, I honestly did not want to leave. The pictures did not really do it justice. The villa has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Loads of plates cutlery, pots, pans, dishwasher etc Gas BBQ which we used ALOT. Peaceful/Private location just a short walk to supermarket, restaurants and bars. Lovely own pool and also amazing communal pool just across the road. I would not hesitate to recommend this property. A big thank you to the owners for letting us rent your property.

Vacances merveilleuses sur la Costa Blanca

Vacances au top dans une villa au top

Villa super propre dans un quartier très calme et super chic . Il y a tout l'équipement nécessaire à la cuisine et ds la villa, plusieurs petis coin salon dans le jardin. Vous pouvez louer la villa les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas déçu au contraire encore mieux que sur les photos.

Sympathique villa relaxante

Très jolie villa avec tout le confort nécessaire, dans un beau quartier résidentiel très calme. Le très beau jardin donne sur une petite forêt de pins qui donne à la maison une sensation d'être dans la nature. Les chambres sont bien disposées, cuisine très bien équipée, belle piscine à l'arrière de la villa, sauf qu'au moment de notre séjour il y avait un peu trop de chlore (le monsieur piscine, qui est passé durant notre séjour n'est peut-être pas très méticuleux sur le dosage). Les commerces sont à 3 minutes en voiture et 8 minutes pour un très grand centre commercial. Les plages et la mer sont à peu moins de 10 minutes en voiture. Nous avons trouvé ce séjour agréable surtout pour la maison reposante et la communication facile et sympathique avec les propriétaires, Annette et son mari qui étaient attentifs à nos demandes mêmes s'ils n'étaient pas présents physiquements. Le séjour était d'autant plus agréable avec l'accès rapide aux commerces et à la mer.

We have three adult children and two grand children, who love to spend their holidays in the villa.
We chose los dolces for its quiet locality, it’s green areas , closeness to local amenities such as shops it’s variety in returants, canal walks, golfing and beaches.
Los dolces is a multi lingual cultural area with many nationalities represented English, Swedish, norweigien, french, German to name a few.
