A Fantastic modern property with amazing views, beautiful grounds and pool. We loved every minute of the time spent there. Viviane the host was so helpful and friendly. The villa was spotless and had all amenities we needed. Will definitely be coming back...

We had an excellent stay at this beautiful villa! It had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The villa was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and had all the amenities we could have asked for.The pool was a real highlight, especially in the heat — it was so refreshing and the perfect place to cool off and unwind. We did occasionally venture beyond the villa and struck gold with Ebli’7 Boutique Hotel and its wonderfully relaxing bar, which is only a 10–15-minute walk from the villa.Communication was excellent before and throughout our stay. Nicolas, the villa manager, was incredibly helpful, and Viviane, the host, was wonderfully responsive. They both made everything easy from start to finish.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this villa to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well managed place to stay.We would definitely return.

Absolutely amazing Viviane is really a great host always there for you, answers any enquiries so quickly very friendly ladyThe villa is so clean and has beautiful decor it has everything you need home from home lots of outdoor space and having the heated pool is such a bonus the Villa is near lots of bars shops and restaurants within walking distance really lovely area Can’t wait to book for next year 5 * for Viviane and Nicolas

Everything you need in a villa

Stayed for a week. Lovely accommodation. Villa has all the equipment you might need. Comfortable furniture, balcony with sea views. Outdoor area is spacious with a beautiful pool. This was our 2nd visit and we will be back.

Superb Property with Infinity pool

Fantastic Villa and the host was very pleasant and easily contactable. The Villa and pool were exceptionally clean when we arrived. It is only a 10 minute walk to all the local bars and restaurants. And it is only 10 minutes drive to the local beaches or to the AP7 fast route. So perfectly located for easy exploration to both the north and south of the Costa Blanca. We would recommend this property for anyone thinking of staying near Torreveija.

Fabulous Villa

Villa is beautiful and everything you could possibly need for a holiday home from home, great location and lovely and peaceful, plenty to do in the surrounding area and just a short drive to la zenia and Villamartin. Only small improvement would be to update the bed linen and towels as they are a little dated, everything else is perfect. We would 100% stay here again 😊

Perfect Location.

The property is as impressive as it looks in the pics. Short walk down the hill to some bars and a decent choice of places to eat. I would recommend car hire, as this brings all the main strips within 10-15 min away. The pool and outdoor space at the villa are fantastic. Communication with Viviane was spot on and any concerns you have willbe taken care of. If we ever return to Orihuela this is the villa and location for us.

Beautiful villa, very clean and well presented indeed... I do think that the towels and bedding need replacing...as they were old and tried, and detracted from the villa.

Villa is beautiful cannot fault it, the children spent all the time in the pool which was heated a rare find in the area! Lovely views, all the equipment you would need would definitely go back!

Fantastic Family holiday

The villa is located in a beautiful quite area with sea views from the upstairs balcony. The gated garden and driveway is great for the children’s security and the pool is perfect for an afternoon cool down from the sun. Overall the experience has been fantastic and stress free (which was a relief with 3 young children) We look forward to booking this place up again and again to explore more of Mercia

Fabulous villa & facilities

Various members of my family & i stayed in this fabulous villa which is roomy, stylish & comfortable. The sun is on the pool and patio area all day , all the beds are super comfortable, there is enough space for everyone and is well equipped and stylish inside -we wanted for nothing. There are a few good bars & restaurants within about a 10/15 walk but if you have a car the sea, supermarkets and more bars and restaurants are about a 5 minute drive. The owner was on hand to answer any questions and is super helpful and I would highly recommend this villa to everyone it is truly beautiful.

Perfect relaxing holiday

I stayed with my partner for 8 nights, we hired a car and soon found our way around. Near to the beach and supermarkets. We found some nice restaurants also. A lovely peaceful location if you just want to chill by the pool. I will definitely return . Everything was perfect . Thank you Vivienne

Orihuela Costa Villa

We had a fabulous holiday at this property. I can honestly say it’s the nicest villa we have ever stayed in. The owner (Viviane) and the manager (Christopher) ensured that everything met our needs they were so friendly. It is well situated but not really central to the resorts nearby we were glad that we hired a car but there was enough to do that was close to the villa. We will return next year.
