The property is fully air-conditioned with modern furnishings and distributed over the ground floor. It comprises; an open plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area (leather sofas, SAT TV with Netflix), that opens to a covered outdoor dining area. There are 3 bedrooms with SAT TV's and en-suite bathrooms plus a guest cloakroom situated off the hallway. The outside spaces are all private and include a garden and barbecue area, parking (3 spaces) and a sun terrace equipped with loungers, umbrellas, poolside shower and an inviting swimming pool with Roman steps.
