Cette nouvelle villa de 3 chambres à coucher nichée dans l'un des plus beaux endroits de la périphérie Dubrovnik offre paix et tranquillité, loin du centre animé de la ville. Orasac, une oasis de calme célèbre pour ses oliviers est à environ 15-20 minutes en voiture de Dubrovnik. En parfaite union avec la nature, la propriété présente un intérieur moderne, une piscine et des vues spectaculaires sur l'Adriatique et l'île de Kolocep.


Avec ses 160 m2 de décor moderne, la villa offre trois chambres à coucher, salon, salle à manger, cuisine, deux salles de bains et des toilettes supplémentaires. Le rez de chaussée se compose de hall d'entrée, salle de bains, cuisine entièrement équipée, salle à manger et un salon avec télévision par satellite. Un escalier mène de la salle à la première (et dernier) étage avec 3 chambres, salle de bains et WC. Deux des chambres ouvrent sur des balcons qui sont un endroit idéal pour profiter d'un café du matin ou le thé en privé, avant de le mettre sur votre maillot de bain et sauter dans la piscine. La troisième chambre est double, mais peut être fait comme double pour trois couples séjournant à la villa. Les équipements comprennent: Climatisation (dans toutes les chambres), SAT-TV, TV LCD, Internet sans fil, cuisine bien équipée avec lave-vaisselle, bouilloire, grille-pain, micro-ondes, four, barbecue, lave-linge, fer / planche à repasser, sèche-cheveux, piscine Piscine, chaises longues + 3 places de parking privées.


Salle à manger extérieure avec barbecue est un endroit parfait pour profiter de repas du soir dans le quartier tranquille autour de la succession. Une voiture est nécessaire pour cette propriété que des boutiques, restaurants et arrêt de bus ne sont pas à distance de marche. La propriété est livré avec 3 places de parking gratuites. Great place for a family vacation in the sun!

My family and I loved every aspect of this property. It’s a beautiful villa with a fantastic pool and barbecue area and a lovely view of mountains and the sea. The checkin went very smoothly and the hosts were very responsive to questions. The experience was even better than expected. I would highly recommend this property for a great vacation in the Dubrovnik area.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The swimming pool outdoor eating area and barbecue were all superb and ready for us to use on arrival. A table tennis table was also set up for us with a supply of balls and bats of good quality which was something we were not expecting. I cannot fault the, location, view, or quality of all of the outside area of this property and highly rate it. The inside of the property was equally excellent.The kitchen had everything we could possibly have needed and each of the rooms was spacious and again well presented clean and high-quality.The view from the villa both at pool level and from the balcony outside two of the bedrooms was superb and quite stunning both in the early morning and at sunset. The positioning of the villa in terms of distance from other beaches and Dubrovnik was perfect. it meant that we were able to lounge about in the Sun and enjoy an excellent villa to ourselves which was in a quiet location and not overlooked by anybody and when it suited get in the car and travel into the city for some nightlife restaurants people watching and whatever else took our fancy. we took our two children one age 13 the second aged 18 and they both absolutely loved it. Without exaggeration, it is probably one of the best villas we have stayed in. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anybody wanting to enjoy a view of the sea, relaxation, and tranquility, luxury and all within 15 minutes of the excitement of Dubrovnik city.

Amazing

We were a party of four adults staying in this fantastic property for a long weekend. We arranged transfers from the airport with the property to keep it easy and it was seamless, we were fortunate enough to be able to check in early which was an added, unexpected bonus. The views from the property are spectacular, overlooking the Adriatic with Dubrovnik away to the left. The property is extremely spacious with large bedrooms with big comfortable beds, modern bathrooms and kitchen with all mod cons you would need. We spent most of our time outside in and around the pool. We visited Dubrovnik for one day and enjoyed a real treat coming back to Zaton (nearby bay) in a speedy water taxi (€100 - took about half an hour). We really enjoyed Zaton, a few lovely bars and restaurants right on the waters edge, and a delightful bay where we enjoyed a refreshing dip. We used Uber to get around, around €20 to Dubrovnik and €5 to Zaton. The Uber drivers were all friendly and didn’t mind if we asked them to stop at a supermarket to stock up on snacks and drinks. It was our first trip to Croatia, we will definitely be back. Would definitely recommend the villa, it really is stunning.

Beautiful, undisturbed house with stunning view.

The only thing that dimished the impression a bit was that the kitchen was surprisingly poorly equipped with ordinary glass, (only a bunch of odd glasses), something that you should not lack in view of the price you pay for the house, also lack of smaller serving bowls. Beyond that, it is a very nice, beautifully furnished house. It was very nice to avoid all the traffic and congestion in Dubrovnik. A big plus for air conditioning in all rooms. Nice pool with a patio with barbecue along with the fantastic view of the Mediterranean makes us very happy with our visit. Families with smaller children should be informed that it is 1,50m deep throughout the pool. However, Sun Garden Resort just 5 min away. It is available for ouside visitors and offers several child-friendly pools.

Brilliant Girls Getaway

This property is exactly as you see it in the pictures! The place is well looked after has all the amenities you would need and AMAZING views! It is a little out of Dubrovnik which we were quite happy about, nice and relaxing but only 20mins to get into by taxi. We used Uber a lot which was good value and loads of them although some had problems finding the villa. We were welcomed well both with the airport transfer we arranged as well as at the Villa. There is a lovely restaurant in the local village which you can get to walking down the hill for about 20mins. We would definitely go again and we all talked about wanting to but the Villa it was that nice!
