Beautiful Villa with all amenities. The barbecue and the pool are an extra highlight. 3 minutes walk to the beach. We spent a marvellous time here and would recommend it instantly.

We had an amazing experience from start to finish with Villa Soriana. The team was extremely helpful and responsive even before check-in, always available to answer our questions and helping us find the perfect villa for our group. Villa Soriana itself was incredible, beautiful, comfortable, and surprisingly calm despite being very close to the airport. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. The whole experience, from the villa search to checkout, was seamless and enjoyable. We would absolutely recommend Villa Soriana and would book again without hesitation!

Very nice house in an excellent location and quiet area. Just 3-4 minutes walk to the beach. Very clean inside and outside. Big garden. Kitchen equipped with everything needed. Eva - host representative very friendly and helpful. Contact with Sardinia Unlimited quick and without any problems. Thank you.

Points forts : Propreté, arrivée, communication et emplacement.
We were constantly having to reset circuit breakers because the house was not wired correctly. We never were able to get hot water out of one of the showers. The WIFI was very spotty and did not work sometimes. The living room furniture seemed like it was discarded furniture found on the street. Kind of gross and uncomfortable. A table outside had cat urine stains on it. Normally I would not say anything about any of this; it is what it is and you make the best. But at the end of the stay the company tries to take advantage of you by claiming that you damaged things and must pay them for the repairs. They are demanding that we pay for the cat urine stained table. They claim that we damaged some kind of molding or something in the kitchen, still not sure where or what they are talking about and want to hit us with a big bill for this. I have stayed at many VRBO properties across the world; never had problems like this. Again, a lot of the issues we could deal with for a week, not a big deal. The claims that we caused damage though really left a bad taste. We left the house actually cleaner than when we arrived, and we certainly damaged nothing. It felt as if this is a common ploy used by the company to make repairs and not have to pay for them theirselves.
