Cette maison a tout ce que vous pourriez souhaiter sur vos prochaines vacances.
À l'intĂ©rieur de cette maison de 4 chambres, vous trouverez un grand salon, salle Ă  manger et cuisine Ă  aire ouverte avec du parquet dans toute la maison. Le plan d'Ă©tage ouvert comprend un grand bar pouvant accueillir cinq personnes, une table Ă  manger pouvant accueillir six personnes et une vue sur l'ocĂ©an Pacifique depuis presque toutes les fenĂȘtres. À l'extĂ©rieur du salon, vous trouverez une grande terrasse ouverte protĂ©gĂ©e en plexiglas permettant un environnement calme pour se dĂ©tendre et profiter du beau temps de Morro Bay. Sur cette terrasse, vous trouverez Ă©galement un barbecue Ă  gaz, une table Ă  manger extĂ©rieure pour 8+ et plusieurs chaises longues.
Avec 4 chambres, cette maison pourra accueillir confortablement 8 personnes. Dans la premiĂšre chambre, vous trouverez un lit queen avec sa propre salle de bain complĂšte. This place *Rocks*We’ve been coming to Morro every year for the past 7 years to spend friendsgiving, and always rent a home in this neighborhood.This is home our favorite so far, the house is very spacious (the pictures make it look deceivingly small for some reason), plenty of room for 8 of us, you could also fit two additional kids on a pull out couch in the master bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped for making large meals. The access to the beach is awesome with a little trail that weaves by a stream through the dunes.We will probably seek to rent this home again next year!

Home was very spacious and fit our family comfortably. Very nice neighborhood. Bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. Needs new interior paint. Some furniture very dated. Coffee table in livingroom dirty. Sliding glass door in middle bedroom didn’t lock and handle was broken. Throw rugs throughout house were very dirty. Skillets in kitchen need to be replaced. Couldn’t get ahold of property manager through texting.

Five high school buddies stayed four days and golfed local courses went out to local restaurants for dinner and hung around playing poker and had a great time!! Class of 81 Charter Oak High School. Covina Ca.

One of our favorites

We always like coming back to this house. You have ocean views from the table. It’s so easy to walk to the beach or ride bikes into town. Nothing fancy about the house, but great for a comfortable place for the family to stay.

20 Stars!!!!!

I am local and have stayed at a variety of rentals up and along the coast. I have to say this was probably the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. The attention to detail with the cleanliness was on point. That's very hard to do when you have a house that's so close to the beach with sand, etc.Secondly the home was very comfortable, and the views are absolutely amazing! Stocked so well to make meals in. Back patio was a perfect spot for us to set up cornhole, etc. I dropped an expensive bracelet down the bathroom sink. The owner graciously opened the bottom drain and retrieved it within minutes! SO kind. Our family would 100 percent rent this house again.

Wonderful and a quick walk to the beach!

There were 7 of us staying. 3 sets of adults and two children. We all had our own place to sleep and great common areas to spend time in. We wish it would have been stocked a little more with necessities (coffee, flour, sugar) but perhaps it’s typical not to. Plenty of towels, pillows, blankets!We would come back in the future!

Convenient location

Nothing could dampen our annual college girlfriend’s trip since it’s such a special time together now that we are in our 50’s. That said, while the location of this home was wonderful, and the patio quite beautiful, I do wish the property wasn’t quite so run down. If you have small children it could be low worry & perfect. Adequate street parking. I got there early & good thing as the house was very musty. Opening windows & screen doors & blinds & kitchen drawers were challenging - many stuck. The drip tray of the fridge water dispenser had mold - I was able to wipe it up, but as the person who chose the property, it wasn’t quite up to what I’d hoped I was providing for my friends. Lots of carpet & comforter stains - & visibly worn and broken indoor and outdoor furniture & kitchen tile. With a little love & updates this house could be a gem. I did appreciate the rental process - and when the contract that needed signing could not be downloaded or completed online, upon my phone request, they immediately emailed me a docu-sign contract that was simple & quick. This property did require us to do more departure tasks than usual rentals so be sure to leave enough time to do everything prior to 10am checkout (dishwashing, stripping beds, washing towels. all garbages & recycling taken out, call office to check out). If you want a spot equidistant to Cayucos & Morro Bay and like quirky properties, you’ll love it.

Beautiful house

Our family stayed at the house for a weekend and had a wonderful time. The house is right next to the beach, which led to some great surf days. Also, the house had everything we needed to have a great weekend.

Great Location, Jaded and Unclean House

Great location next to beach in a really quiet and safe part of Morro Bay for our kids. Unfortunately, the house was not as shown in the pictures and had a smell. The trash bin in the kitchen was dirty with old food waste and smelled of mold when the trash bag was removed. Screen doors did not work well. Pillows and comforter smelled in one guest room. Other pillows were old and tatty and uncomfortable. No cleaning was done under beds. This was all too much to report during the stay and we enjoyed our trip, but better options (probably cost more) were available. It just did not have the feel of any kind of love for the place as a rental and instead a money making venture.

Family vacation

Great time. Went to beach every day. One had his appendix out. Went to vine country a lot. Had dinners out on back patio almost every night listening to the surf and watching it. Great family place.

Wonderful family vacation!

We have stayed in lots of rentals and this one was by far the best stocked with tons of silverware, plates, bowls, glasses and towels! It was very clean and worked out amazing for our family trip!

Mother's Day Celebration

What a perfect home to share with a large group of people. The layout is open and spacious; with our group of eight, there wasn't a moment where we felt we were getting in each other's way. And the location being in a pleasant residential area just off the beach is perfect. I keep saying perfect, but that's exactly what each one of my family members expressed: "This is perfect. Good job on finding this for us" Looking forward to our next stay.
