Located on the fourth (no lift) and top floor of the building, Apartment 9 offers unparalleled views and a serene living experience. The spacious living-dining room opens directly onto a private terrace. Equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor dining (seating for six), the terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy a drink at sunset while overlooking the harbor.

The apartment is fully equipped with modern amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi.

The well-equipped open-plan kitchen features granite countertops and is fitted with high-end appliances, such as an electric ceramic hob, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave, and fridge/freezer, all while enjoying captivating views of the harbor.

The comfortable living-dining room is tastefully decorated and is complemented by a selection of books for your relaxation and enjoyment.

The apartment has a spacious double bedroom with two single beds, beautifully furnished with built-in wardrobes offering ample hanging and storage space. The room features two large windows: one with expansive views of the rocky coastline and the other with uninterrupted sea views.

The luxurious bathroom includes a whirlpool bathtub with an overhead shower, WC, marble sink, and full-length mirrors. For added convenience, the bathroom also features a washer.

This was a great condo in Port de Soller! Great views of the harbor from the balcony and a close walk, but more quiet and away from some of the crowds and busyness during the day! Great view of the sea & sunset out the bedroom window as well! The apartment was well stocked and spacious, even with an umbrella/chairs to take to the beach! All the amenities and comforts of home but on vacation!

Ideal location for exploring the area. Great selection of eateries etc.Loved the view out to sea from the bedroom window. Mornings and evenings were spent watching the boats in and out of the marina. Loved it!

This is wonderful apartment, very cozy, spacious, comfortable and clean! True home away from home! Kitchen has all the features for cooking a great meal if you want to skip a few meals at the restaurant for cozy home night, especially when it’s raining Location is perfect and the views from both sides- balcony and bedroom winnow are an amazing addition to a beautiful vacation! Totally recommend

We had a lovely stay in Puerto de SollerThe apartment was very nice and the views front and back were spectacular.Good air conditioning in the bedroom and we appreciated the space and proper kitchen facilities being able to self cater is a must when wanting a meal rather than eating out.Loads of Restaurants within a very short walk if you need them. Supermarkets all within reach. The apartment looks so high up the hill but is less than 10 minutes walk to the central beach.Check in was simple, we arrived on the Soller train then tram had a cold drink and simply went up to the apartment entrance code and keysafe. Walking up you need to simply pace yourself and stop and appreciate the beautiful surroundings. When leaving we used the recommended Taxi and he collected us by the museum. (Easy reference point) Very friendly, professional and comfortable. I simply made intial contact by WhatsApp.Special mention to Virginia who was excellent and helped me with a small issue while we were away.Thank you very much

A wonderful apartment with spectacular views

Small and clean apartment with a wonderful view on the port of Soller. The apartment has the Charme of the early nineties but was very clean and prepared for guests. It is important to know that the house doesn‘t have an elevator and the apartment is just below the roof. The many stairs are an uphill struggle. We can imagine that it doesn’t work for older or handicapped people. Parking is only for residents so after the first day we parked in a 500m away public parking for 10/day. A perfect stay and we would love to come back.

Une vue à couper le souffle !

Hébergement idéalement situé avec une vue superbe sur le port de Söller ! Bercé par le passage du tram pour le village de Söller dans la journée... D'ailleurs expérience extraordinaire : partir du port en vieux tram jusqu'à Söller puis prendre le vieux train qui traverse la Tramuntana pour aller passer la journée à Palma !! Et que dire du coucher de soleil côté chambre : une photo chaque soir n' est pas de trop !L'appartement est très bien équipé, propre, et dispose de tout le confort nécessaire pour y passer plusieurs jours...Attention, le lieu se mérite : des marches jusqu'au logement, puis escalier pour le dernier étage. Une vue pareille, ça se mérite !!

Guter Zuschnitt der Wohnung. Schöner Blick vom Balkon auf den Hafen. Herrlicher Blick vom Schlafzimmer aufs Meer; Schlafen mit Meeresrauschen! Lokale, Supermarkt fußläufig. Lage im Haus: 4. Stock ohne Aufzug. Wir waren für 10 Tage hier, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ausgezeichnet.

Hemos disfrutado mucho de nuestra estancia en este apartamento. Muy bien equipado y super limpio. Subir cuatro pisos sin ascensor merece la pena para poder disfrutar de sus magnificas vistas tanto desde el balcon (el Puerto) como desde el dormitorio (maravillosas puestas de sol). Muy recomendable. Esperamos poder volver.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist unbeschreiblich. Der Blick auf den Hafen ein Traum. Vom Schlafzimmer hat man jeden Tag einen grandiosen Sonnenuntergang. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man für Verpflegung und einen perfekten Urlaub benötigt. Sogar Strandstühle und Sonnenschirme waren vorhanden. Eiswürfel wären bereits im Gefrierfach.Einige Gewürze, Essig, Öl, Kaffeefilter Trotz des etwas anstrengenden und umständlichen Weges, würden wir diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten. Parken vor dem Haus möglich. In nahe gelegenen Hafen nur 2 Stunden möglich. Port de Soller ist ein unbeschreiblich schönes Fleckchen Erde!!
