A quelques minutes de la maison, vous pourrez pĂȘcher, chasser, nager, camper, rafting en eaux vives, tubing, sources thermales naturelles, stations thermales, tennis, volley-ball, patinage, longboard, vĂ©lo, randonnĂ©e, ski nautique, ski sur neige, montgolfiĂšre , observation des oiseaux, brasseries et dispensaires locaux, escalade, 4 roues, restaurants, casino, monuments nationaux, Ă©quitation, golf, promenades en traĂźneau, ski de fond, promenades en train, tyrolienne, motoneige et bien d’autres activitĂ©s! Il se peut que vous ne trouviez pas tout cela en un seul voyage. Nous vous invitons donc Ă  dĂ©couvrir les saisons uniques et magnifiques tout au long de l'annĂ©e.

La maison est parfaite pour les réunions de famille ou assez chaleureuse pour les escapades romantiques.

Grand salon avec poĂȘle Ă  pellets (pas besoin d'aller chercher du bois de chauffage Ă  l'extĂ©rieur!) et confortable canapĂ© 2 fauteuils inclinables avec 2 fauteuils inclinables supplĂ©mentaires parfaits pour les grands groupes, Smart TV 48 ", lecteur DVD, salle Ă  manger et excellent accĂšs WIFI. La cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e comprend une nouvelle cuisiniĂšre, un four micro-ondes Ă  hauteur de Ɠil, un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur cĂŽte Ă  cĂŽte, un lave-vaisselle, un bar pour le petit-dĂ©jeuner, une cafetiĂšre de 14 tasses, un service de vaisselle et de couverts pour 10 personnes ainsi qu'une buanderie sĂ©parĂ©e avec lave-linge et sĂšche-linge.

En bas: chambre principale avec lit king size, vanité avec lavabo, douche à l'italienne et baignoire jacuzzi. La terrasse en dehors de la salle à manger a une table, beaucoup de places assises et un barbecue à gaz. Profitez de votre café sur le pont tout en regardant le lever du soleil et la faune.

A l'Ă©tage: deux autres chambres, toutes Ă©quipĂ©es d'un lit double et d'un porte-bagages. Un beau loft qui sert de chambre supplĂ©mentaire avec un canapĂ©-lit queen-size et 2 lits jumeaux. La salle de bain Ă  l’étage a un ensemble douche / baignoire et les toilettes ont un ventilateur inodore, donc elles ne sentent pas aprĂšs l’utilisation!

We had a wonderful time at the Ball Mountain home. The hot tub was so nice. Lots of room, very comfortable, stocked with all the essentials! Even though the snow was a little thin, the weather on the days we skiied was amazing!!

Great Pagosa Springs Getaway!

This is the perfect place to leave the troubles of everyday life behind and enjoy a quiet few days nestled in the woods of the Rio Grande National Forest. All the amenities are included, from soap & shampoo to coffee & cooking oil - with a hot tub to boot! Highly recommended, we even plan to be repeat clients!

Attention to detail

This attractive, comfortable home was supplied with fluffy towels, beautiful dishes and silverware and the constant view of deer in our yard. What a pleasure to stay there!

Riding trip

My group had a great time. We had garage space for our Vespas which was a treat. The house was impeccable, the furnishings nice, and Billy Ball an awesome host. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, the deer wandering through, and the hot tub in the evening.

Pagosa Springs CO

The home is everything and all the pictures show except for the beautiful deer that constantly grace the property. You are never at a loss for something to do from rafting, mountain climbing, shopping and the Durango/ Silverton train ride (a must!). Fantastic family get away. The owner of the property was great to deal with and made you feel right at home. Overall a must Vacation spot for all ages to enjoy !!!

Best home in Pagosa

We loved staying at this home. Bill, the owner and Kim, the property manager, were very helpful throughout our stay. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. We loved the proximity to paved biking trails and mountain biking trails. The hot tub and games in the garage were a huge bonus! It’s listed as a 3 bedroom but it’s actually a 4 bedroom which worked out wonderfully for our family!

Wonderful Getaway

This trip was meant to help our family relax and get away from stress. That is exactly what happened. My son and i had our birthdays that week and we were able to enjoy the outdoors, use the hot tub every night, cook our own meals, see wild life and without any issues. The rooms were nice, kitchen had all the pans you could need and the jet tub in the bathroom was great! Thank you for being a great host!

Family and Friends getaway - home away from home

Property was fantastic for the group we had. Everyone had space to to do their own thing or hang out as a group. We were close to the grocery store and hospital which was nice since a party in our group broke their leg first day of skiing. Master bedroom was on ground floor which was also nice for that individual to be able to get around the rest of the stay. Hot tub was a nice feature as was foosball table in garage for older kids. Communication with owner was fantastic and much appreciated.

Cant wait to come back

This was by far the best winter vacation my kids and I have had. The home was spectacular and homey, all the additions such as sleds, books and board games kept everyone busy and excited. Communication with manager and owner were beyond easy and great. We had no issues and plan to make this a yearly trip!! It was nice not having to worry about bringing anything. Just made a quick trip to walmart and had all we needed. Which the location was close enough but not too close that is was loud and busy! Very peaceful property which made using the hot tub very relaxing! Thank you so much for the memories

Wonderful Christmas !!!

We had an excellent Christmas at the Ball Home ! Everything was great , the home was very big and well kept . From the garage to the kitchen everything was well take care of . They Also setup a Christmas tree for us to have to make sure we had a place for our Christmas gift. The fireplace was great on the snowy and cold nights . We used it almost everyday we were there . The only thing is the wifi lacks when it comes to streaming movies or playing games . Overall this property is a great place to stay in Pagosa Springs !! I would highly recommend this home to anybody . We went snowmobile riding one day up at wolf creek pass and It was nice to come home to the great fireplace and just relax . We will definitely stay there again .

We made lifelong memories!!

From check in to check out everything was excellent. The Familia Ball checked on us to make sure all was perfect. Hot Tub, Garage Games and Board Games were a hit with the kids. Jacuzzi tub is very nice, plan to use when. Hot water heater is full for best experience. Views from the living room are gorgeous. We highly recommend the Familia Ball Home. Thanks for letting us stay!

Amazing home in Pagosa

My family stayed here the week of Christmas and had a wonderful time. The house was perfect. Plenty of beds for our group of 10. It was clean, had all the kitchen gadgets you need for cooking meals, including many seasonings, large refrigerator and plenty of seating. We were there to ski, but the kids loved playing outdoors in the snow and there were even sleds in the garage they used for sledding. The garage also had darts, frisbee golf and a foosball table. And a bonus is the outdoor hot tub after a long day of skiing. Couldn’t have been more perfect. The property owner and manager were both easy to correspond with as well. Would recommend!!

Pagosa Springs with Family

The house was very easy for a large family. The master bedroom was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked, with plenty of spices - nice! The hot tub was a wonderful respite after hikes or kayaking in the area. Overall, this was a wonderful value for our group of 7, and the hosts communication and responsiveness was very welcome.

Charming place with thoughtful extras

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay here. Its in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of wildlife viewing if you just sit still for a couple of minutes. The house had a few amenities that we found thoughtful, like some of the automatic lights in some of the closets and rooms, the coffee/tea/host drink selection provided, etc. Bill was great with helping us find a good place to fish as well. We didnt want for anything.

James A. This place was great. Had everything you could ask for. The beds were great. All the cooking essentials were there. We had about 4 feet of snow over two days so we were confined to the house most of the time. The kids loved playing outside in the snow sledding down the drive.

Ken Amazing place for our group of 4 adults and 3 kiddos - everyone had a super comfy bed with great linens. Bill was ESPECIALLY helpful and always available via text and his property manager is only 2 doors down for any issues that may come up (like when we accidentally locked ourselves out :o) We will definitely be going back to Pagosa as we LOVE the area and will for sure stay with Bill again!

Haley Amazing home in beautiful neighborhood with lots of space!! Great place to stay especially if you have kids, we played games and watched movies and the kids loved upstairs!! Walking trail around the neighborhood is peaceful with gorgeous views!!
