Honeymoon Getaway

We loved our stay at Bear Den! You can barely see any other cabins around you so it felt very private and secluded. We loved the hot tub and the back deck. The fireplace inside was so easy to use and cozy! Bear Den is great to spend time relaxing and disconnecting.

Great get away

Had a wonderful time here with my wife on our honeymoon. Location is private but close to town and other activities, hiking trails, zip lining, ect. Can not recommend enough!

A great place to relax. Very secluded

We stayed here three nights on our Colorado trip. It was great. Exactly the kind of place you want to stay. Great cabin, great location and great owners. The hot tub on the back porch was perfect after a day of hiking. We would recommend this cabin for anyone going to the Pike Peak area.

Wonderful experience in a charming cabin. All the amenities we could ask for including visits from the local wildlife. Watching the deer graze is a memory that will last a life time. We were lucky we discovered this hidden gem!

We absolutely loved this cabin! We love the seclusion of it! It was clean, neatly decorated and had everything that we needed for cooking or just our stay. Great little cabin in the woods!

My wife and I stayed in Bear Den Cabin for a long weekend following her birthday. Our only free weekend with four kids being in traveling sports. It was amazing! Waking up to drinking coffee on the patio and watching the deer run around, or sitting in the hot tub relaxing watching the snow fall. Much needed R&R. Thanks again! We will be back!-Joey & Jenna

We loved the Bear Den Cabin. We set out for a weekend of R&R and that's just what we got. The hot tub was amazing! The view was amazing! And the peace and quiet was the best! We ate some great food in woodland park and went on a beautiful hike to rampart res. Everything was perfect! Wish I could live there year round.

Perfect Romantic Getaway

The Bear Den cabin was phenomenal. It is the ideal honeymoon destination, as many have already discovered. The property was very clean and well kept, fitted with many luxuries to include a hot tub, jacuzzi tub, shower for two, and a sleep number bed (which we did not discover until day 3). I would recommend this to any husband and spouse!

Amazing view

This place was amazing , it was clean , it was far away from everyone so you had your own privacy when using the hot tub and the fire pit. It was peaceful outside the location is easy to find and get to. The property management is amazing to work with. They will send you everything that you need to know. We will definitely be back for another stay.

When staying at Pikes Peak Ranch you are staying at a professionally managed ranch. Our awareness to details and listening to our guest recommendations sets the stage for success. This is our full time job! Here are some things you might not know about us and should consider before you book your next vacation rental.
-We abide by the law and pay our taxes accordingly to “business” standards.
-Each cabin and the business is appropriately insured per industry standards.
-Fire extinguishers are up to date readily available in each cabin.
-Smoke detector are in every cabin and batteries are changed every fall.
-Carbon monoxide and propane detectors are used in each cabin.
-Gas log fireplaces are professionally maintained on a regular basis by licensed technicians.
-Propane furnaces are professionally maintained on a regular basis by licensed technicians.
-We have licensed contractors to repair things that are outside of our scope of practice: appliances, hot tubs, electrical, plumbing concerns, etc.
-We staff our own maintenance person to maintain and repair issues on an ongoing basis.
-Critter Control services the property quarterly; inside and out for rodents and bugs.
-Windows are routinely cleaned inside and out by a professional cleaning service service.

-We take care of our land and the National Forest around us, planting trees, wildflowers, grass seed, spraying for noxious weeds, and picking up litter.
-And we promote wildlife in their natural habitat.
