This house is the perfect retreat in the heart of Tuscany, combining the beauty of the countryside with modern comforts. The house consists of:

Two bedrooms: Each room offers a cosy and comfortable environment, ideal for resting. One of the rooms is located on a mezzanine, creating a unique and suggestive atmosphere.

Two bathrooms: Each bathroom is functional and well-distributed, ensuring maximum comfort and convenience for all guests in the house.

One kitchen: Spacious and well-equipped, offering the possibility of cooking in complete freedom, perfect for daily needs or for those who enjoy sharing moments of conviviality.

Living rooms: The common areas are cosy and ideal for moments of relaxation. The living room is equipped with a smart TV and a fireplace, which adds warmth and atmosphere to the house during the colder months.

Outdoor space: The large surrounding space is ideal for enjoying outdoor moments, with a perfect area for barbecues and lunches in the midst of nature. The covered sliding glass gazebo will allow you to eat outdoors without sacrificing comfort. The outdoor space is shared with the guests of the other unit.

Modern equipment: The house is equipped with air conditioning, heating and mosquito nets to ensure maximum comfort all year round.

Private access: Access to the property is private, offering tranquillity and privacy.

Electric car charging station: A practical additional service to meet the needs of electric car owners (paid separately and shared with guests in the other unit).

Respect for the environment: We wanted not only to build a comfortable and traditionally integrated house, but also to respect the canons of sustainability.
All services in the house (air conditioning, hot water and hotplates, household appliances, etc.) are powered only by electricity, ensuring safety and comfort; the electricity is produced by a photovoltaic system.
You also have at your disposal a car charging station so that you can use an electric car with full availability.
Use all facilities according to your needs and to maximise your comfort.
When there is only the sun in the sky you can directly consume its energy while respecting the planet we live on.
We have deactivated the air conditioning when doors and windows are open, so check, if you feel that the air conditioning in a room is not working, that it is actually not just the windows that are open.
With all these measures we are proud to have contributed to reducing polluting emissions for our planet, while also improving the comfort of your stay.
