Maison du lac moderne nouvellement construit

Cette maison de lac a un plan d'étage ouvert avec une cuisine spacieuse, salle à manger et salon pour divertir pendant votre séjour. Il a également une vue magnifique sur le lac et les magnifiques couchers de soleil. Pendant votre séjour, vous pourrez vous promener sur notre terrasse, directement sur le lac et profiter de la vue. Nous avons 2 kayaks, un paddle board avec des jouets pour le lac et des tubes pour s'amuser sur l'eau. Nous proposons également des locations de pontons tous les jours ou par semaine. Cette maison de lac offre détente avec 4 chambres et 2 1/2 salles de bains. La chambre principale dispose d'un magnifique balcon privé donnant directement sur le lac. La salle de bain principale dispose d'une magnifique douche à l'italienne avec double vasque. Deux chambres sont au deuxiÚme étage avec la chambre des maßtres. On a un lit superposé et avec un lit queen aero pour les invités supplémentaires. L'autre chambre a un lit superposé avec un grand matelas sur le fond avec un lit gigogne. (4 personnes) Une salle de bain complÚte située au deuxiÚme étage pour accueillir nos invités. La quatriÚme chambre est à l'étage principal avec un lit superposé et un lit queen aero pour les invités supplémentaires. Salle de bain à l'étage principal situé dans la salle de la boue.
Nous sommes situĂ©s dans une petite ville confortable avec une plage locale et une immense aire de jeux prĂšs pour les enfants. Vous trouverez de nombreux magasins dans le centre-ville du lac d'Odessa, notamment des magasins d'antiquitĂ©s, des vĂȘtements et des restaurants dans les petites villes. Nous sommes Ă©galement Ă  seulement 30 minutes de Beer City Grand Rapids ou Lansing.

Would absolutely return annually! Perfect beach for families with little ones that enjoy shallow water activities. Garage/game room great for older kids and adults to spend time. Lakeview deck (awning available) was my favorite spot.

Kayaks, sunsets & s'mores, oh my!

4 generations of our family with 9 adults & 6 under 6 had a great time! Easy check in (even offered early), room for 15 and top notch amenities made everything flow smoothly. Did not rent the boat, but enjoyed kayaking the nearby tributary, paddle boarding, relaxing on floats, lounging on the deck or playing games on the shore. Water level and sand area was perfect for the little ones! Enjoyed downtown Lake Odessa and local eats Penny's Pizza, Buddy's and Meyers Bakery along with utilizing the grill and fully stocked kitchen daily. The city playground is close by and super fun! Loved this property and would highly recommend it!

The home was beautiful and comfortable. We had a large group of multigenerational family and friends. There are four bedrooms and the fifth is the garage which has been converted into a large space for additional sleeping quarters (and dining). We rented the pontoon boat for the entire stay, which worked out really well. There is a restaurant on the lake that you can get to via boat or vehicle, which is a nice option. There is also a grocery store in town with everything you need, including a lifejacket for our smallest one, firewood, etc. There is also a washer and dryer which is handy. One challenge we had was with the pre-arrival communication. The host had an error in my email address, so I did not receive important documents she had sent ahead of time. As a result, I ended up having to complete everything the morning I was leaving, which was stressful and time-consuming. To her credit, she acknowledged the mistake once it was caught.Also, the VRBO platform makes communication between the host and guest difficult, which added to the challenge. This is something to be aware of if you’re booking. This was my first time booking on the site so I was not aware of the aforementioned variables. Now that I know, I would confirm communication early on in the process. Overall, it’s a lovely lake property and I would recommend you book!

Overall a great stay and Shelly and Jimmy were very helpful and responsive. Appreciated the streamlined and neatly organized kitchen! The house was very clean and extra parking was appreciated. We didn’t realize that this was not quite a sandy beach to the water. The garage had fun games but not ideal space for sleeping or dining (the only dining table). We were able to eat all our meals outside near the water, which was nice, but we were all spaced apart.

Enjoyable holiday weekend

Enjoyed 5 nights away for the holiday weekend. The cottage was very clean with plenty of room. We used the pontoon, kayaks, hot tub, etc. communication was great! Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful home on an inland lake

We stayed 6 days in the home and had 12 people with us. The home was large enough to accommodate us all. Separate bedrooms for 4 separate families. With a group this large, we had 4 vehicles. Parking is tight (2 in the garage, 2 in the driveway - very tight). The view of the lake is pretty amazing the deck has great furniture for relaxing. There is a small sandy beach which we took advantage of by setting up our Cornhole boards which family could watch from the deck or from the adirondack chairs near the Solo Stove Fire Pit. The home was clean with modern amenities. We put the kitchen to use with a group of 12. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you'd need to cook. The non-stick pans were perfect for made-to-order omlettes. The home is close to perfect, but there are some things to know about with the location. The house is at the east end of the lake which means seaweed and other debris will get pushed to the beach. There is a blower on the dock that will push most of it away, but it's worth noting. The home is also right off a busy street and near rail road tracks. Not super loud, but again worth noting. The big question would be, would we rent there again? We sure would. It's a great home on a beautiful lake. Lots of family memories can be made there.

Perfect Family Get Away

The property is perfect for a family vacation. The home is very clean, well stocked and gave us all time to relax and enjoy our time together. We really enjoyed the beach and the boat and had a great time fishing. We loved our time here and would definitely book here again!

Great place

Great Lake house! Perfect for a get together on a lake! Lots of beds, lots of outdoor chairs and nice patio, dock, and beach. We rented the pontoon boat, which made the vacation so amazing to be able to cruise the lake, fish, and relax. Shelly is very responsive and answered all our questions!

Awesome Getaway

We had a great time at the lake house! The updated modern feel and cleanliness of the place was amazing. We shared the space with long time best friends and their families and had a great stay. The pontoon boat is fabulous (once we figured out how to start it LOL). All the kids enjoyed crashing in front of the giant TV in the evening and playing games in the sun-drenched eating area. The master bedroom upstairs was gorgeous with a walkout balcony overlooking the lake. We used the enclosed space on the adjoining lot as a work space for those who needed to do some work away from home. We cooked all of our meals in the kitchen as it was well stocked; and enjoyed sunsets sitting outside laughing and sharing memories.

Great Vacation Home

This was a cozy cottage with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The children enjoyed the fun touches like LED light strips in the bedroom and large TVs in every room. The water was shallow and good for kids wading, and we took the kayaks out for a ride too. There was a pontoon boat available but we decided not to rent it. Nice view from the master bedroom, and there was a handy grocery store a short distance away. The fishing was not very good, but that is probably due to how shallow the water is near the cottage. Checking in and out was easy and communication was fast.

Family Reunion

This charming home was perfect in every way for our family get together. The house was fully stocked with everything. From start to finish, Shelly, the owner, was helpful, responsive and professional. Our family reunions happen infrequently and the home away from home was everything and more! Perfectly located with so much to do at the house and on on the lake. We didn't want to leave!

Great spot for a relaxing lake retreat

We had a great long weekend with friends at Lake Odessa. The house is beautiful and right on the lake, with nice views, especially at sunset. We enjoyed the full set of lake toys/activities, particularly the kayaks. Recommend renting the pontoon boat for relaxing trips around the lake and pitstops at Buddy's. Location is convenient to Grand Rapids.

Great stay for group of friends!

We absolutely loved staying here - Jordan Lake is perfect for pontooning and/or a little water sports! The lake is the perfect size and not too crowded. The house is beautiful and looks exactly like the photos. We were nervous given it hadn’t had any reviews but the hosts were amazing and had everything we needed - kitchen stocked, paddle board, kayak, tubes, etc. Decor is cute and House is very clean as well! Thank you for having us!!

All sports lake. Best view on the lake - 2+ mile view. Right on the water for easy access to kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing. Large deck platform that makes you feel like you're right on the water.
