Cozy Winter Getaway or the perfect Lakeside Vacation with all the features of a home. Fully stocked kitchen, dining room with farmhouse table, living room with couch and loveseat and streaming capable TV. 3 bedrooms and a full bath. Walkout basement with large rec room, full bath, and bunkhouse bedroom. Laundry available. Homes has wi-fi and central air.
Lake front is a sandy beach. Included multiple kayaks, aluminum fishing boat, and a paddle boat. Shaded outdoor patio with charcoal grill.
Just minutes from Hastings MI. Many popular locally owned eateries, and pubs. In the summer there are weekly free outdoor concerts, farmers markets. River canoeing is available on the Thornapple River.

This property is just like the pictures— nicely furnished, beautiful views, and very clean. It’s located in a scenic farmland area and only 40 minutes to Grand Rapids, which we found handy. We spent a lot of time out on the back patio and by the lake, as well as cooking meals in the well-stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay again.

Our daughter was married this last Saturday at wild wood farms. The cottage was charming and clean!! We love the lake and the beach toys/ watercraft. Would rent this house again!!

Serenity at swan lake

We had a wonderful time and loved waking up to the lake views and enjoyed sitting around the fire pit in the evenings. Enjoyed watching the swans very much. Recommend highly!

Family Vacation Fun

We really enjoyed this property. It was exactly as described. The kitchen was well stocked and the coffee bar is a nice touch. The beds were comfortable. It is nicely located so there were plenty of options for excursions. Would absolutely return!

Great Lake views!!

We spent Memorial Day Weekend at the cottage! Everything was clean and worked great. We had beautiful weather and spent most of our time outside by the beach or fire pit. We would definitely stay here again!!

What a great place!

I am part of a group of amazing women that met in a bereavement group 25 yrs ago. This year we stayed at this beautiful home for our annual get away. It was wonderful to have a clean comfortable beautiful space to recomnect! We will be back next year for sure!

Perfect Getaway

Extremely clean and spacious while inviting. The property owners were responsive to questions and very accommodating. The lake is perfect for swimming, fishing and boating. Could not ask for a better experience.

We had so much fun!! The place is better than advertised. The lake is perfect, the neighborhood is nice and quiet, the hosts are responsive and gracious. My kids cannot wait to go next year. For sure going again!

Middle Lake House

House exceeded our expectations. We visit Hastings every Thanksgiving to spend the holiday with family that live in Hastings and this was one of our best trips. We were able to have family over a couple meals and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need. We would definitely stay at the home in the future.

Warm & Inviting Stay

The house is very nicely done. So much room! Loved sitting on the couch watching the swans swim around on the lake. Would definitely consider again during warmer weather when we could actually utilize the outdoor amenities.

Cute place.

The owners did a nice job of renovating the house and putting a bunk room into the basement. Our 2 children shared the bunk room and left the whole upstairs to us; it was great that there was a full bathroom downstairs, also.
