This was a perfect set up for the 2 of us. Ground floor near entrance. Spotless and inviting. Centrally located near shopping and attractions.

Great location and Great property

Everything was perfect for our brief stay. We enjoyed the pool while having access to the marina, bike trail, and all the other Bear Lake attractions.

The bed was so uncomfortable we had to leave a day early. The walls are so thin we heard the neighbors all night it was so loud it sounded like they were in the room making sleep extremely difficult as well as the ac being loud. The place was decorated extremely cute though.

Happy with (almost) everything.

Very clean with plenty of pillows and blankets to stay warm. I could have used a support bar in the tub since my knees are a little shaky. The free jar of locally produced jam was a nice addition. There was also 7 cans of hot chocolate to enjoy. Very nice.

Worked well for 4 adults

Very clean, as pictured. Property is in a great location. Quiet at night, exit door to building is next to the unit so there is a fair amount of slamming of that particular door each morning as people leave for their days activities. Nothing the unit owner can do about this. I think there was a miscommunication about linens but it was too late when we realized so we made do. Everything worked and the bed in bedroom was very comfortable.

Painful doorway.

Everything about the property was great except. There was a transition strip missing between the carpet in the bedroom. and tile in the bath every time I stepped on it with no shoes I was poked by the carpet tack. It was very painful

Family weekend trip

The condo is cozy. The Murphy bed worked well for our two young children (3 and 6 years old). We enjoyed the kitchen.

Bear Lake Winter Stay

We had a very late arrival, due to snow delays, but were able to get into the space promptly upon arrival. The unit was clean and comfortable. The "murphy bed" was not the most comfortable bed, but it served its' purpose. The kitchen was well stocked, and this proved to be very useful, as it was winter in Bear Lake and there wasn't much in the way of dining out. We had a party of three also staying in Bear Lake, and they were able comfortably join us for dinner one night (there was a leaf for the table that proved useful). The complex is located directly across the street from Bear Lake State Park. I imagine it's pretty hopping in the summertime. The only negative comment I would have, was that the washer and dryer on the second level of the building were not operational. There was a problem with the mechanism that took the quarters to operate the machine... it would stick and not come forward to start the machine. We had skiing attire that we wanted to dry but were not having luck. We were able to reach our contact with no problem. We were told that this was an ongoing issue that had been reported multiple times but had not been addressed. This was unfortunate. Our contact, however, was extremely gracious and went out of her way to assist us in drying the items in her own home and bringing them back to us... along with the money we had lost in the machine. Our host was an outstanding example of going above and beyond.

This is our third stay here.

This is our third stay here. We look forward to our fourth. It is easier and easier every year. Booking online is easy. The entrance "key" with a numbered code is easier than stopping by an office for a physical key.

Awesome stay!

We loved our stay at the condo. It’s a little tricky to find but once we parked, everything was smooth! The condo is super cute and surprisingly spacious, given the smaller space. The Murphy bed was cozy and the king in bedroom was comfy as well. Having the amenities of the complex was convenient. We were also right across the street from Bear Lake State Park so it was a one minute drive (you could walk but we had a lot of stuff to haul so it was easier to drive.) The kitchen had everything we needed for a short weekend stay. We would definitely stay here again!!
