Ce condo 1 chambre 1 salle de bain est récemment rénové, joliment décoré et dispose de tous les nouveaux meubles. Profitez du balcon avec des sièges et un barbecue surplombant la piscine et le lac Bear. Ce condo est parfait pour une escapade romantique en lac pour couples ou des vacances en famille avec accès à la piscine et au court de tennis, de superbes vues et un emplacement idéal. Les clients auront accès à une piscine extérieure chauffée (du Memorial Day à la fête du Travail), un bain à remous, un tennis extérieur et des terrains de basket-ball pendant l'été. Situé au 2e étage avec accès par escalier seulement.

Very convenient location to the marina. The pool area was perfect. It is just far enough out of the main fray of downtown Garden City where you can still walk and the grocery store is super close. Will be back.

It started out a little rough as the internet wasn't working and there wasn't convenient cabinet storage for food.However, Todd got the internet up and I managed with food storage. Suggestion for owner...install a two door cabinet above the blanket and pillow storage across from the table. That could be left empty for guests food.Otherwise everything was great. Had a fantastic view, very clean and comfortable.Pool was closed...winter. I put a 1 star because it was required to rate it. I would have put N/A if it was a choice.

The room was very clean and nice. The location is great as it is right across from the marina. You can see the lake from the balcony. The balcony is right over the pool which was drained. This was not communicated or shown in the listing pictures. The address was not pulling up accurately in Google Maps, so we went to the wrong condo building first before we found the right one. Our pool fob for the hot tub didn’t work, but luckily someone else let us in. The hot tub was warm but not super hot. Parking was easy and right next to the door so that was good.

Lovely condo

Great spot, lovely home. Just bring your groceries with you. There is just one small store in this huge neighborhood. And be clear about when you can purchase alcohol as well. Otherwise, everything is great! Highly recommend Coopers down the road in Idaho for food and spirits. The pool dwellers can be a little loud, but the air conditioner takes care of that. Recommend coffee or beverages on the patio for morning sun.

Mother, Daughter Get Away!

This condo worked wonderfully for our weekend stay. There were my 3 adult daughters and me. The one bedroom and bath and the queen sofa bed in the living room were perfect for our needs. It's close to Garden City for shopping, Pickleville Playhouse for a fun entertaining evening activity, and many restaurants for eating and dining out. The view is amazing! The hot tub and the pool gave us just what we were looking for in a relaxing get away from everyday work and life. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice Location, Dirty Bathroom

The property was in a very nice location. Check in was easy and so was parking. The directions provided to find the place were helpful. The kitchen, living room and bedroom all seemed clean and were decorated very cute. The bathroom was gross. There was a lot of long hair (like 10+ long black hairs) all over the shower and tub. There was also a used, very hairy, hair tie left on the back of the door hanger. We had to clean the shower before we felt comfortable using it, which sucks.

Anniversary Trip was Great

We love the location, very close to the water activities and the stores. The AC in the unit was fine for the room that it was in but it didn't circulate to the bedroom very well. We took an atv ride up Garden City Canyon and that was so fun and beautiful We would come back to this place!
