The apartment is located on the second floor of a historic building with an elevator and provides an entrance that immediately welcomes in a large living room equipped with a double sofa bed. The living area is enhanced by a loft with a sofa bed for two, perfect for accommodating additional guests, and an independent, modern and fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area features a bedroom with a queen-size bed, enhanced by a loft that houses a closet and an armchair, offering an intimate and relaxing environment.

A bathroom with a shower stall completes the layout of the accommodation.
