Love this place April was a lot better this time, we was disappointed with the staff on property in April is was an awesome experience but this time in September was totally different wasn't terrible but wasn't like it was in September.Our host is amazing. 1018 was our room.

Awesome spot right on the Thomas Dr strip, great pools/ jacuzzi areas and the staff members are really cool. Easy beach access and small pool side bar and grill on-site.

My family and I had a great time ! It was Perfect. Very close to beach which is awesome and gives you that resort feeling by having the pools/Hot tubs with the Tiki bar. Highly recommend. Host also is a very fast responder which honestly made me feel more secure about booking through Vrbo. We hope to be back again some day:)) If you have little ones , it’s very family oriented

Condo was nice, perfect for what we needed. The beach area was very crowded but we didn’t have difficulty finding a spot. Location was in the thick of spring break crowds with plenty of law enforcement presence and curfew in place for underage teens.

Everything was good. The resort had to turn the water off and fix something dealing with the water. After the water came back on we had problems with the ac unit. We thought it would get better but didn’t so I reached out to the host and then we able to resolve the issue.

The check-in process was very easy and smooth, and the location was fantastic. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful, the beaches were gorgeous, and the pool area with the hot tub was wonderful.Unfortunately, the condo itself was quite disappointing. The unit is outdated, not particularly well-maintained, and could definitely use a thorough cleaning and some updates. The couches were simply covered with blankets, seemingly to make them look more presentable rather than addressing their actual condition. The kitchen was also extremely small and looked much more spacious in the listing photos than it actually was.However, the biggest disappointment was the ongoing exterior renovation of the building, which was never mentioned anywhere during the booking process. Every single morning, starting at 7 AM, we were woken up by extremely loud construction equipment, drilling, and banging. This was certainly not the peaceful and relaxing vacation we had expected.When we contacted the host about the construction, she claimed she wasn't aware it was still going on and thought the work had already been completed. Unfortunately, that explanation did little to make up for the inconvenience. We strongly believe that guests should be informed about major construction projects before booking, especially when they involve loud noise starting so early in the morning.While we truly enjoyed the beautiful views, beaches, and pool area, the overall condition of the condo and the
