MISCELLANEOUS UPKEEP WORK WILL BE DONE ON THE BUILDING THROUGHOUT THE 2025 YEAR AND INTO SPRING OF 2026. INTERMITTENT NOISE IS EXPECTED DURING THIS WORK

Guest must be 21 years of age or older to rent. Guests under 25 will be required to complete an in-person check in process.

Sassy Sands Beach Haven, Shores of Panama 1307 is a professionally updated 13th floor unit 3 BR 3 BA condo in the newly renovated Shores of Panama resort in Panama City Beach oceanfront and beachfront condo with Amazing views! Enjoy stunning views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico from this beachfront beauty. Master BR1 features a king bed with private bath, Master BR 2 features another king bed with private bath. The third BR features two twin bunk beds with private full bath. The condo also has a new sleeper sofa in the common area. Maximum occupancy is 8 guest. Must be 21 or over to rent

Shores of Panama is located on Thomas Drive and is close to St. Andrews State Park and some of the best restaurants in Panama City like Pineapple Willy's, Dat Cajun Place, Captain Anderson's, Neon's, Patches and Firefly. The golf course is just 3 minutes away and the Marina is 12 minutes away. The marina is a great spot to book a dolphin excursion or fishing charter for your next family getaway to PCB. The Hershey's Ice Cream shop is located only 5 mins away and will be your favorite spot for a late night sundae on more than one occasion during your stay!

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

Guest pay for parking and resort bands upon arrival. The 2024 Rate for the package is $110.00 for unit 1307 for 2 parking passes and 8 resort bands. This unit gets one assigned parking spot on the 5th floor landing area (space is marked with a sign that says 1307 on it) and you get one additional open parking pass for the length of your stay along with 8 Resort bands for guest to use.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Beach and pool view. Wayfinding signs would be nice. 100 parking and “resort” fees upon arrival required. I was informed on a phone call I made to inquire how to reserve my parking space that one free parking spot came with the condo. However I received a text a few days before our trip that I was required to pay for the parking and report fees. I did, but the communication about parking was unclear and frustrating.

We had a pleasant stay at the Shores of Panama. The location is excellent, with a Walmart, restaurants, and family activities conveniently located just around the corner. While the condo could benefit from some renovations, it is equipped with all the essentials you might need. The kitchen was particularly well-stocked, and we appreciated the addition of a slow cooker. One area for improvement would be to address the kitchen faucet, which has a whistling sound. We also want to thank theRentmyPlace for providing free activity tickets; they were incredibly helpful in making the most of our time exploring PCB during our vacation.

Overall this was a great vacation! The condo was clean and had plenty of room (2 adults and 2 kids on our trip). The pool was huge qnd well maintained, the beach was gorgeous. My only complaints were too few elevators (coming in it took us almost 45 min to get one and I ended up dragging our stuff up the stairs to the 13th floor) and there was no enforcement of not setting up canopies in front of the chairs on the beach. It was like walking through a maze to actually get in the water. But the condo itself was lovely

Research crime in the area before booking. There was a shooting on the beach (literally directly behind the condo) less than 2 hours after we arrived. Recently there was a murder in the Waffle House just outside the condo. We actually were eating in that Waffle House when the shooting took place during our stay. We saw police swarming the area but it was not clear where they were headed. Back at the condo, as we waited for the elevator, a very shook-up family told us they were leaving because there had just been a shooting on the beach. When we got back up to the room, we saw police all over the beach with crime scene tape up. I have included a few pics. Before choosing to book, I would suggest that you search X (using the keywords "Shooting Panama City Beach"). One of the first videos that pop up is from a shooting that took place in March 2025. The interesting thing is that video was taken directly in front of the parking garage of the condo. The week we were planning to stay (July 2025) the police shut down the beach behind the condo at 10:00pm every night because of the out-of-control violence. We decided to leave after only a few hours. It sucked to walk away from that much but way better than someone in my family being shot.

Enjoyed our stay

Enjoyed our stay, the property was perfect for 4 adults 3 children and an infant. The pool was great and the beach was beautiful. Only complaints are the parking deck is terrible and the elevators. The parking deck is very narrow and trying to find a “community” parking spot was a nightmare everytime we left the property. The 4 elevators are not enough for the amount of condos/people. We waited up to 30-45mins on average just to get on the elevator to get down to the ground floor or to go to our room. Would be a 5 star rating if it wasn’t for these inconveniences.

Family trip to PCB

This Condo is extremely nice. It was very clean and pictures are a true representation. It had ample seating which was nice and comfy. We reserved this for our two daughters and their families, total of 8. The two master bedrooms were perfect for them. Our two older grandsons loved the bunk room and called it their man cave. They really loved the location and we were very close by in our RV. They loved the pool area and the resort as a whole. I spoke with Chase a few times before we arrived with basic questions. He was extremely nice and helpful. I highly recommend!

Where do I start? When arriving to the condo we noticed each bedroom had a sour smell, the sheets had not been properly cleaned and smelled sour, there also was hair all over the sheets and bedding. I also found a panty liner on one of the master beds. The bathrooms smelled like feet. The dishes had dried food left on some of them. The condo overall was just not very clean. Needless to say we spent our first evening cleaning just so we could feel good about even sleeping there. To stay here you pay a cleaning fee yet are asked to strip the sheets, wash the towels and start the dishwasher before you leave
and checkout is at 9am!! So the condo was left MUCH cleaner than I found it! I would NOT recommend staying here.

Great condo, great location!

Came to Panama City for fall break! The condo was a perfect size for my family of 6 with kids ages ranging from 9 to 2. My parents came also and there was plenty of room. We cooked every night and the kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfy, condo was clean and the check in process was so easy! We hadn’t been to Panama City beach in years and this stay was great! The only thing that I think that could be updated would be the balcony furniture but I have no true complaints! Great little get away!

Mr.Harwood and his son Chase did everything possible trying to make everything convenient for us. We were a wedding party of over 40. Although we had to be moved to another location and there were not any available units for me to bring my. 2 pound companion dog. All I all in turned out to be a wonderful vacation!!! Just what we needed!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at Shores of Panama. The property was exactly the space we needed. The 3 bedrooms accommodated out group with room to spare. It was very clean and well maintained. The check in process was a bit confusing but we quickly figured it out with the help of the on-site team. One warning for any family that may want to cook most of the time like we did is though the kitchen is well stocked the pots and pans are not chef grade. They did have a griddle which made breakfast super easy. This does not take away one bit from the property or experience just a good piece of info to know going in. Overall with the pool and location this was still a 5 star trip!!

Mom and daughter get away

Great place in middle of action. Going in June in was very crowded on beach, in elevators, everywhere basically but that is to be expected at any large resort during peak time. We had a great time condo was perfect.
