Venez vous détendre, relaxez-vous et profitez de ce condo! 1 chambre + lits superposés, 1. 5 salles de bains, (6 personnes) dans le quartier branché de Crystal Beach.

Coral Reef Club est une destination favorite récemment rénovée et plus charmante que jamais.

Cette propriété est située directement sur le golfe du Mexique, au cœur de Destin, à quelques minutes de marche des boutiques et de certains des meilleurs restaurants de Destin. Cet établissement se trouve à quelques minutes de route du parc d'attractions Track et du parc aquatique Big Kahunas. Faites des promenades romantiques sur la plage! Profitez des couchers de soleil! Allez pêcher en haute mer dans certaines des plus belles eaux du Golfe que vous verrez jamais.

Le Coral Reef Club est un complexe de condominiums pittoresque de trois étages qui comprend une piscine, un jeu de palets et des barbecues au charbon. La plage comprend plus de 300 pieds de front de mer vierge avec une pelouse du côté du golfe et un service de plage saisonnier.

Ce magnifique condo d'une chambre situé au deuxième étage s'ouvre sur votre propre balcon privé pour profiter d'une vue imprenable sur le sable cristallin et les magnifiques eaux vert émeraude. Vous pouvez regarder à travers les dunes de sable blanc jusqu'à la plage qui ressemble à votre propre plage privée! Profitez de vos deux chaises de plage et d'un parasol installé et vous attend! (Le service de plage est saisonnier) Vous et votre famille profiterez certainement de chaque minute au Coral Reef Club, où le personnel de la réception et les préposés à la plage sont prêts à vous aider.

La chambre principale contient un lit king size, 2 lits superposés dans le couloir et un canapé-lit queen-size dans le salon.

L'unité a des meubles mis à jour, 1 salle de bain complète et une demi-baignoire, une laveuse / sécheuse dans votre unité pour votre usage et une cuisine entièrement équipée pour répondre à vos besoins de cuisson.

Ceci est un condo non-fumeur. Pour réserver, vous devez avoir plus de 25 ans ou un tuteur légal doit rester dans l’unité pendant tout le séjour.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great! I would say this unit needs a new mattress in the bedroom. It leans to one side especially in the left top corner so sleeping on it wasn’t the easiest. My husband put pillows underneath the mattress in that corner so that did help a bit. Otherwise everything else was wonderful! Loved the location!

There is not a clock anywhere except the stove. If I would of been with my family, I would of asked to be moved to another unit.

Quick Get Away

The girl in the office called to let us know that the rental was ready early so we could check in as soon as we arrived in town, which was perfect because we were trying to figure out what to do for the hour we had before check in. This location can’t be beat! Small complex right on the beach with only three stories. The unit we stayed in (22) is a second-floor unit right in front of the elevator. The vacation rental was clean (even with carpet) the air conditioner was cold and kept the rooms comfortable. The night we arrived we watched a rainstorm from the balcony and the view was amazing. Beach service was set up by 7am and the guy kept an eye on our stuff while we went back and forth to our room for different things. The only addition I would make would be an outside door mat so you can wipe your feet before entering the rental to keep the sand to a minimum. We were more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I definitely would recommend this vacation rental!

We have stayed at Coral Reef before and were pleased. Unit #22 should not be in the rental program. The unit is substandard and was in serious need of repair and updating. For example a rubber mat in the kitchen covered a sunken portion of the floor with damaged tile. The sliding glass door was foggy and blurred the beautiful view of the gulf. Coral Reef is a great place as long as you are careful and rent an updated unit.

Reviewer Comments: The vacation was fine because the weather was perfect & Destin restaurants were terrific. Our rental unit was easily the most disappointing we've ever had due to the poorly maintained unit and outdated furnishings and finishes.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and loved being steps away from the beach! The condo could use some small updates, but considering it’s a rental property, there was nothing in desperate need of repair, and it was very clean. The only downside to the stay is that the walls/floors are thin. There was a young child staying in the unit above us and we could hear them running back and forth each night, and one night we were getting ready for bed and could hear the neighbors next to us taking. Nothing unbearable, but it you are looking for total peace and quiet on your vacation, it’s just something to consider. Overall, a great stay and the location was definitely worthy of a repeat visit.

Fantastic beach location

This location can’t be beat! Small complex right on the beach. Beach service was set up by 8AM ! The unit we stayed in (22) is a second floor unit right off the elevator. It could use some updating but was clean (even with carpet) and comfortable. The view from the balcony is great.

Closest condo I have ever rented on the beach. Literally took elevator down and a few steps I was in sand.
