Completely renovated! Heavenly Daze Destin is a one bedroom/2 full bath condo with twin bunks. This 2nd floor unit is a corner unit overlooking the beach and ocean. Crystal Villas has a private beach and 2 beach chairs and an umbrella are included with your stay (March-October). Sit on the balcony and enjoy the sunrises and sunsets or watch the kids play on the beach.

Amazing location & view! Loved the newly updated condo. It came with everything we needed for a full week at the beach. The reserved umbrella and chairs were the icing on the cake. It was super clean and the bed was so comfortable. Texting with the owner with prompt responses back made for a stress free arrival and we were a little early so they worked with us to get in early. If we come back that way we will definitely try to reserve here first.

We love this property because it’s a smaller condo, so the beach isn’t as busy as other places. We didn’t need much from our host because everything was perfect, but she was responsive to any questions we had.

Perfect spot for long weekend. You can’t beat the view or having a spot on the private beach with your own reserved chairs and umbrella. Perfect neighborhood and close to the stores.

While there air conditioning broke 2nd day no ac for 24 hours. Host will not reimburse any portion of fee! Upon arrival we wanted a hot shower the bath towels were at best from a hotel I’m quite sure they were indeed hotel towels. Why wouldn’t be equal to fee fee ? The beach towels were worse so worn out old and faded these looked like never updated When we made our Walmart shopping list we purchased NEW towels and beach towels ! We were told Everything was there! No need to worry about anything. Also had to buy dish detergent, dishwasher detergent and trash bags! We understood our own laundry detergent, but didn’t expect to pay for things that should be there told we don’t have to worry about a thing who gets all these leftovers that people purchase and why wouldn’t that be the owner’s responsibility to have things in supply? Had to buy our own toilet paper and paper towel towels. I understand buying our own groceries but we shouldn’t have to buy these other items. The beach chairs were rusted old and faded as well. They should’ve been thrown out a long time ago. Again, where is our money going? Seems like this owner rents, but doesn’t stand behind the rental accommodations! So disappointed our very first day. Instead of beach day it was spent at Walmart and traveling on Uber The toilets were filthy! I have pictures of these complaints to prove my accusations. The first aid kid located in bathroom was old and rusty with a few bandages and tape. No fire extinguisher! etc!

So sorry you did not enjoy your stay at our condo. Besides the AC, which was fixed immediately by a local AC company, this is the first time I've heard about the other items you've listed as unacceptable. We do provide a starter kit of supplies such as dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper. If this was not enough for your stay, then you should have reached out to me and I could have provided additional supplies. Things like the beach chairs on the porch and beach towels are just "extras". We have a beach service that provides chairs and umbrellas so that you don't have to use the chairs from the porch. There was also a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink, which held some of my additional supplies. Maybe you didn't see it. In the future, just reach out to a host about these things so they can be addressed during your stay instead of later in a review.
