We’re Hannah and Tim, your hosts at No. 12 by the sea. Living here on the beautiful West Dorset coastline, we never take for granted the sound of the waves, the fresh sea air, and the slower pace of life the coast offers. When we’re not welcoming guests, you’ll usually find us exploring the shoreline, sampling local seafood, or uncovering hidden corners of the surrounding countryside.
Hosting is our way of sharing this special place with others. We love creating a space that feels like a home away from home — somewhere you can truly relax, make memories, and experience the magic of the coast just as we do.
Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement
From the moment we first arrived, we knew this coastline was somewhere we wanted to put down roots. The beaches here are long, sandy, and often blissfully quiet, perfect for an early-morning walk or watching the sun melt into the horizon. The nearby villages are full of character, with friendly pubs, cosy cafés, and local shops that give the area its welcoming charm.
We love how each season offers something different — wild winter waves, spring blooms along the coastal paths, long summer evenings, and crisp autumn walks. It’s a place that invites you to slow down, savour the moment, and connect with the beauty of the outdoors.
